Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KuwaitI had an amazing two-night stay at Wassad Hotel Makkah, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in seamless and pleasant. The helpers were equally hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile, and any extra requests were fulfilled promptly. The room was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and well-appointed. But the real winner? The pillows! I had the best sleep, which was much needed after an exhausting Umrah. I woke up feeling completely refreshed and well-rested. One of the standout features of my stay was the welcoming station at the entrance, offering traditional Arabic coffee and dates. This thoughtful touch added to the warm hospitality of the hotel and made me feel right at home. Overall, Wassad Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and genuinely caring staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Makkah!
