Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was big and clean and comfortable. The staff was always helpful and ready to help. I requested for early check in and they accepted with a mininal fee. Everything was maximum 15-20 drive away. Otherwise balad sites and places were walking distance

KuwaitWe asked for an extra bed. we thought we will be getting a pull out bed but they gave us a single foam that’s kind of old. and we had to do it ourselves. only thing i didn’t like.
I liked how clean and convenient it is. It definitely exceeded our expectation. For its price, i thought we will be getting budget hotels that are old and stinky. but the rooms are obviously newly renovated and are very much clean!
