The whole staff was so nice and helpful, Yousef greeted us and was very helpful during checkin, we then met shurooq, anytime we came to the reception desk she would check in and make sure we were comfortable, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was more than accommodating and hospitable.

United Kingdomi booked the hotel 1 day before we arrived, i didnt expect to wait at reception to get our rooms key after flying 15 hours, i sent message before , but i got reply after 2 days, basically i was not happy by the receptionist, and yes tell your security to do their duty properly, not to disturb hotel guest when i arrive in front of Hotel and sitting inside car, and security comes to move my car, where am not blocking the road

I do not know where to start from. I loved everything about the hotel included but limited to the staff, especial the young ladies in the restaurant Lily and Maimouna, the cleanness, the comfort. The location is a little bit far from Al Haram around 25min walk but there is a shuttle bus going every 1hr before the prayer time.

She was so kind and helpful, guiding us to local amenities and making sure every part of our stay was smooth and comfortable. Her warm personality and attention to detail really stood out. A big thank you also to Miloud, who was incredibly helpful and considerate with our dietary needs—we truly appreciated the care he took. And a heartfelt thanks to Fatima, whose Harira was the best we’ve ever tasted. It was clear it was made with love and tradition, and it added such a special touch to our experience. We are so grateful to the entire team and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. Whether for Umrah, Hajj, or leisure, the hospitality here is exceptional.

MalaysiaSomehow no basement parking was provided eventhough I think I saw one. However, the hotel staff was quick to arrange some roadside free parking.
Friendly and efficient staff to stream line the check in and check out process. I booked this hotel while I was performing Umrah. The hotel is only 20 mins walk from Haram. You will get to pass by Mosque pf Jinn. They also provide shuttle bus services to Haram.
