Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaWe immediately find the rason why the hotel dropped from four to three stars. Most of fcilities are broken inside. All that glisters are not gold...And, it's a little bit expensive when the tax is included.
The breakfast is okay, especially the omelette. It fits us chinese's appetite well. The location of the hotel is also great, near to a supermarket and a fantastic modern shopping mall. The apartment is quite big and rhe room is comfortable.

No assistance for parking provided. Had to carry own stuffs byself to the room. The lift was also a mess.

MalaysiaSuddenly they increased the price from 380 riyal (in booking apps) to 459 riyal (due to taxes). At midnight around 11 pm suddenly the hotel management ask me to pay another 70 riyal per head (i key in 2 person for 2 room due to typing error)¡ but actually 5 people for 2 rooms, thats mean i need to pay another 210 riyals for extra 3 person. The management supposed to inforn earlier.
The room is spacious with living room and amenities.
