In the breakfast would’ve preferred more English continental options & more Pakistani options. It’s was literally more Arabic style.

From the moment we checked in everything was fantastic very smooth and efficient. The receptionist the general staff, the shuttle bus service. My kids felt at home and we are already looking at a return with you very soon in the near future In’Sha’Allah

The property is relatively close to Haram but the hotel bus now takes a different route which makes the walk in longer.

The room is comfortable and staff were exceptional. We even got calls a few times to make sure we had everything we needed.

The washroom was slightly small I felt compared to my previous 2 stays and the shuttle service was slightly irregular in timing compared to my previous experiences..

I stayed here for 7 nights, the view was amazing and the breakfast as well was good , not much varieties but good enough , ambience was good. This was my 3rd year consecutive stay

While the hotel itself was outstanding, the location presented some challenges. The limited options for shopping and dining nearby meant relying on transportation. Initially, the shuttle service was a great asset, especially given the distance from the Haram. However, we were disappointed to find that the shuttle service changed unexpectedly on our last day without prior notice. Had we not inquired, we would have been unaware of the new arrangements. The alternative location for the shuttle was acceptable, though still a bit further from the Haram, but arguably slightly more convenient than before. Clearer communication about such changes would greatly improve the overall guest experience."

While the hotel has a Shuttle Bus every 30 minutes interval , than a good 10 minutes walk to Haram Shareef This place ذاخر Thaker is still away-from-it-all. Located on steep short hill, there are not many Restaurants/ convenience store/ amenities around.

Novotel bus parking at Almasjed Alharam is so faraway from Al Masjed ,secondly no receptionist available in tower 3 , you have to check in -out in tower 1 only

Hotel is very clean , breakfast is good with acceptable options , location is neatly 12 min from Masjed Alharam , however you nearly have to walk 15 min till u reach to Al Masjed

You can hear noise of next door people Breakfast in tower 2 Elevator once got blocked it was freaking experience with my son I was screaming and then got the staff help after it was terrific. Shops bit away for those who do not have a car it will be hard you need to just order Online.
