Swimming pool inside chalet is not suitable for small kids as minimum depth is 140cm. You need to ensure protective gears all the time. Maximum depth is 180cm which is too much for a small size indoor pool.

The floors, rags & sofa need to be taken care of a bit more, to be cleaned frequently.

The way the resort vilas go up to hill, greenary on the saids of the entrance all the way up, utilizing golf car for commuting all that reminde me a bit of phi phi island in Thailand, all in smaller scale I like the fact that amenties are well provided inside the vila. The private swimming pool is perfect.. witlsh they use heaters, if the do, then need to be fixed to warm the water at night..

The location was hard to get to. There isn't much English spoken and wifi not the best so time at reception will take awhile. Bed was a bit hard for my taste. And I could be picky on small things like cabinets not closing all the way and whatnot, but nothing else big. One suggestion would be to mark the spot in the bathroom where the floor gets lower for the shower. It's east to not see then trip over.

The room was large and exceeded expectations. The staff was very nice. Many things in the room I didn't realize they had and they even had 2 fridges. One with mini bar and one for real use. Just an overall large package without a large price tag. I would for sure stay again.

Minor improvements recommended for larger water heater tanks, or tankless heater and warmer pool. Water tanks finished after 3rd person needed to shower in row.

Staff very honest. Wrong amount of tax charged on check in. I didn't even notice. They called after we got to room to inform us of mistake and money refunded in cash within 5 minutes. We didn't even notice error. Birthday setup for kid was amazing and really good price for cake and decorations. All smart tv setup in rooms. Backyard bbq area. Very quiet laid back location. Setup for cooking with all required utensils.

Warm welcome by the reception, helpful staff . The villa is spacious with nice interior design . Indoor pool. Great WiFi. From ironing board to fully equipped kitchen everything are available. The neighborhood has some supermarkets. The facility has a coffee shop with snacks . Totally recommended.

The reception staff could not speak English so it was so difficult to exchange messages. Have to rely on porters to interpret us to them.

The place is okay the house I have rented was not in perfect condition cleaning was not that good I found a lot of left dry food all over the place . Also I had to ask them everytime to have the pool heated!

The house was perfect for 5 people, swimming pool nice kids having fun .
