The Hotel is on the doorstep of the Haram. The staff are really helpful especially Hamada Ibrahim (catering manager) and Khaled alnazawy (Front Desk Manager) who accommodated us by extended our check out time as our train to Jeddah Airport was leaving in the evening.

Location was good, 2 mins walk into gate of the Masjid. You could see the masjid from the Hotel. House keeping was good and always there to help.

He was exceptionally professional, kind, and always had a warm smile. Every day, my room was cleaned to perfection – neat, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. Mohamed Rasel truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and it made a real difference in the comfort of my stay. It’s rare to see such dedication and attention to detail. A big thank you to him – he’s a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his efforts are appreciated as much as I appreciated them!

United KingdomThis hotel is a 4 star and we could feel the downgrade compared with the 5 star we stayed at in makkah...the beds and rooms are smaller and lifts are tiny.
We stayed at this hotel after our makkah umrah trip. The check in was incredibly frustrating...we were just waiting in the reception for what felt like ages...our booking was handed over to the duty manager who looked incredibly grumpy and was on his computer for ages until he handed us back over to reception. The room service was on time and prompt. We were in 4th floor and served by Nobikur and Saiful Islam. They were respectful and courteous always asking us if we needed anything and constantly refreshing us with water bottles and tea/coffee and sugar. Location is good. 5 minute to the masjid. Very close to the woman's side which we wanted. Overall it was a good stay.
