Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. EVRYTHING SO SO SO GOOD! Apartment very big, very luxury. All facilities was 5 stars! Thank you for this booking, is the best for Jeddah! You cant find better. We are faily group 5 members. We booked the apartment with 3 bedrooms. You have 6 beds in 3 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms, living area, kitchen. If you go with babysitter they have room and bathroom special for her!

Saudi ArabiaThe internet is very bad! Although there is a router at the entrance door directly, but it seems to be a very bad router, the wifi cannot reach the living room or the master bedroom. Also the shower area in the toilets is open shower area, that means if someone took a shower, water will spoil everywhere in the toilet and then you should dry all the water. I also noticed ants in the toilet and in the kitchen.
The apartment area size is excellent .. the facilities and furniture are very comfortable. There is 2 TVs available, one in the living area and the other in the master bedroom. The apartment is very cozy and has a touch if luxury. There is an elevator and it is calm.

The company hardly answer the phones and barely answer the messages on whatsapp. I only recieved the code for the door close to arrival and during my stay they never answered the phones. Need to improve a lot on customer service. However if you speak to the ground staff they are superb.
The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped for our family. There were no issues with the apartment itself. The building staff were excellent and very helpful. I would definitely recommended this place for security, modern look and feel and great location.

Everything is new, the kitchen equipped with everything you may need with good quality including a good washing machine. Good location.

Saudi ArabiaGetting the apartment entry instruction was difficult and required many callas and follow up on whatsapp. One AC was not working and was not repaired during our stay which least for 5 days. Most important it was relay very noisy because of construction activity on the next building waking every day at 6 am on hammers sound and yelling labors just 3 meters from your bed room window, had to use ear plug all may stay.

AustraliaThe whole experience was traumatic. After we were unknowingly checked into the incorrect type of apartment, we were contacted via What's App the next morning and given 20 minutes to move. We were then threatened that the code would be changed on the door if we didn't comply as well as bullied over What's App until we agreed to move. They did compensate us with a discount on our room, but only after we insisted... Then..... The 1 bedroom apartment we booked was advertised as have cooking facilities and a stove top. It didn't..... When I complained, they basically told me to suck it, until I called booking.com. They then tried to bring a portable stove to my room, which then made booking.com powerless to help as technically they had solved our problem..... I couldn't use the cooktop, not even a pan, let alone any ventilation.... They then ignored my messages when the coffee machine wasn't working. Also, do not accept Room 24.... it has 6 air-conditioning units outside the bedroom window. Feels like trying to sleep on a Jet engine..... We travel around the world weekly and have never had reason for complaint, nor have we ever been treated so badly.
The Apartment decor was lovely, close to everything.

United KingdomI travel frequently and I don’t like to criticise the properties - but this one was one of the worst I have ever stayed when you compare to the amount charged they are much more expensive then a 5 star hotel - the shower was on top of toilet seat so if you need shower you have to set the seat between your knees! The staff was kind to change the room after a huge cry but then the bed mattress was so bad that we were not able to sleep on the bed - they should invest some amount on mattresses we slept on floor for two nights

Also, while the apartment is very clean and modern, the furniture in the bedroom was quite sparse. At least a chair or something to put your clothes on would be appreciated.
