How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room lacks soundproofing, which has become a noticeable concern. I can hear my family's conversations drifting in from outside when I stand nearby, creating a distraction that undermines the intended tranquility of the space. This situation needs to be addressed to improve both privacy and the overall atmosphere within the room.
The room is clean and the place is quiet. The massage chair was a great addition to the room. A 75" Android TV is great for a movie night.

I had an excellent time during my stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. the apartment we reserved had two toilets and only one of them had a shower, but i think it’s my fault not seeing the details correctly.
It’s clean, cosy and near lots of malls. Also, the staff are so helping and considerate!

They do not credit amount directly from credit card but you have to transfer first night payment in Saudi account. I was in Makkah already and couldn't transfer as it was taking2 business days for this transfer. Then they sent me a link and I paid. Second, after giving us access to apartment, Mr Taha asked for 500 SR as deposit security. This was annoying and not mentioned at all in booking.com information. Also they pay you back as cash only, unless you have a Saudi bank account. How come a traveler will have Saudi account and why cash only. There should be ways to pay back directly in customer account. I did not like this deposit policy and on top no mention of this prior to booking. There was no mention as well that property will charge directly, the only thing booking.com mentioned was "property will deal with payment" How: ?? Third: On check out Mr Taha checked all rooms visual inspection but the annoying thing was that he started checking kitchen draws and inspected spoons and forks. This is ridiculous, a person travelling from abroad will be interested in stealing stupid forks and spoons and plates???????? This was shocking to be honest. We observed all this.
very nice, tidy clean apartment. Very close to airport, 9 minutes drive, next to Hira street with lots of food options. Nice neighborhood.

Facility Egyptian manager were doing great from the moments of checking in until check-out. He maintained high customers standards. Facility location amazing and close to many important places such as shopping malls and train station. Facility is clean and quiet. If you have car plenty of parkings available.

Lack of facilities, no pools.. at least small pools for kids. Location a bit far from city center, but close to airport.
