The hotel location is good for young people, may be little far from Haram for old people but still manageable as the street is flat .

United KingdomNewly refurbished, beautiful hotel. Very very clean. Bathrooms look amazing. Also very clean. Lovely mirrors. Hotel itself in a good location, nearby shops but a walk from the Haram. Bit noisy due to the window and the main road but still good hotel. Beds very uncomfortable though, mattress could do with an upgrade for sure. Nice TV unit, good lighting, very nice fridge and coffee station.

GermanyThe shower in the bathroom has no curtain or glass partition, so when taking a shower, almost the entire bathroom gets soaked with water. Additionally, hot water is not actually available. What they have is just warm water, likely due to the hot weather.
Everything was excellent! The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and both the AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Additionally, I arrived 4 hours earlier than the official check-in time, but the lady at the reception was incredibly kind and gave me the room without any hassle. The location is also ideal, just about 20 minutes on foot from the Haram. Highly recommended for its great value for money!

Location is good, 10-15 min walk to Haram. There is no free parking near to hotel as its not allowed by police. There is paid parking plaza on exact opposite side of hotel, where we parked. cost was 57 SAR for 24 hours or 11 SAR per hour. There are many restaurants around hotel. Staff was good and room was specious with all immunities

Saudi ArabiaI appreciate the front desk staff's hospitality, clean, tidy rooms, and the property. Ten minutes walk to Haram. It is a congested and old area, and it isn't easy to drive around. There is paid parking across the road, 10sr/hour or 50sr/24 hours, and free street parking is also possible. They have improved the soundproofing issue since my previous stay.
