Lack of staff flexibility. No balcony despite paying for it. Moving to alternate hotel restaurant for breakfast.

Breakfast was at another hotel a 5-min walk away which was unusual. However, the breakfast options were fantastic and varied. Best breakfast in Rwanda so far. Bedroom was queen double with a balcony. The room was very tight on space and disappointingly the balcony was a square of ground hemmed in with a wall so felt claustrophobic. I expected a balcony overlooking something! Swimming pool is lovely. Gym facilities decent. Staff are overall pleasant but lack any autonomy on resolving guest queries and any issues that arise. The lack of flexibility with staff for customers is unnecessarily frustrating. Hotel taxi service is great. Pricey, but reliable service.

The room was a little tight, with very little space to put stuff away. Given the limitations in terms of space, the fact that the bed was covered with a mosquito net was a little uncomfortable.

The room was ok (see my comment in the next box). I liked it had a balcony. The shower was good. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was very good too. The staff was super nice.

We booked a room with balcony, but was provided a room without a balcony and little natural light.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Clean drinking water was available and provided twice daily. The cookies in the evening were a nice touch. The breakfast was great (particularly the omelette) with both hot and cold food options available. The restaurant had a very pleasant view and was a great start to the morning. The complimentary massage was also a highlight. Room was spacious and clean, with a mosquito net over the bed.

After staying at a couple other locations in the city, the meals here were significantly more expensive.

The facilities were amazing. Incredible gym, beautiful restaurant setting, great pool. Quiet and safe location. The staff were very kind and always available.

The room I stayed was next to the area where their staff have access to, where can get a bit noisy in the morning when they are there with talking and passing by. So the privacy can be a problem. Then it was not so convinient for the clients at Boutique to walk for every meal or services to the Retreat and Fusion, where one needs to go through public road all the time. Also, they are not providing any bottled water in the room, which undertandably for the proteciton of environment. However, considiering the overall hygiene and health situation in the Continent, I would suggest to keep the option of complemtary bottled water available.

The Heaven Boutique located in a quiet location and with connection to their chain of The Retreat hotel and Fusion restaurant. The room I got was a bit small with basic facilities and a balcony. Food at Fusion was good and their services were nice too.

The upgraded room was more worn than the normal room. Lighting in the room could be improved. Minor things.

Breakfast, the gym, the free massage (if it's offered to you). The location. The yoga. Will visit again.

A little over priced, especially room service. The room itself wasn’t big so if I had a bigger suitcase it would have been very crammed (I just had a carry on)

The bed was very comfortable with great pillows and mosquito net. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had warm water and good pressure. I loved the balcony and the coffee/tea/biscuits provided in the room. Room service was quick and delicious.

The sauna was cold. The hot tub was cold. We had plans for a safari and request a bagged breakfast/lunch. We filled out their form and submitted it to the front desk the evening before. They failed to make our breakfast and have it ready as requested, delaying our 5am departure by 30 mins.... such a crappy way to start an 18 hour day.

They accommodated my change of dates as my flight got cancelled, the rooms were suitable, the gym and spa were good and the breakfast was really enjoyable. But I think the best feature of this hotel apart are the staff who really are polite and helpful.

Only some noise from next door generator when power goes out. But only impacts restaurant not rooms or pool.

The budget room was good but small, then again, it is their budget room.

Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast and very easy to get around from the hotel by taxi or mototaxi. Kigali doesnt have a real center but you can reach many cool areas easily and cheaply by mototaxi.

Nothing! Great place to stay.

This is a lovely hotel, a short walk from the central business district. It's a great place to stay, and to eat in the evening - and the saltwater pool is pretty special! A free massage was offered during my stay, which was above and beyond! Breakfast is awesome!
