My partner and I spent 4 wonderful nights at Žička Plaža, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The highlights were of a private lake, a beautiful, serene spot perfect for relaxing, swimming, or just enjoying nature at its finest. The entire place was spotless, cleanliness was truly top-notch, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. What really made our stay special, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, polite, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Another great bonus is the location itself and perfect for long walks in nature, surrounded by peaceful greenery and fresh air. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a unique experience near the historical Žiča Monastery, Žička Plaža is a fantastic choice. We’re already planning our next visit!

A natural paradise. Swim in the river on the banks of the property, or recline in sun loungers looking up at the forested hills. The epitome of tranquility. Traditional style houses, faithfully renovated. Great hosts who take considerable pride in their place. A perfect escape, especially with kids.

This is the third time we are visiting Zicka Plaza and we absolutely love it! Beautiful scenery and cultural heritage sites near the property. The apartment was spotlessly clean, contemporary and cozy. The hosts are very nice and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help in all ways. Overall a wonderful place -- we will definitely visit again!

We stayed just one night on a long drive between Sarajevo and Sofia. It was a lovely peaceful place for an overnight stay. We didn't make any use of the kitchen facilities as the host recommended a traditional restaurant in Kraljevo and we had the optional breakfast prepared by the host. The restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast the following morning. The location is about 8km out of Kraljevo, and some previous reviews mentioned a non-sealed road, but that was only about 50m on an uphill section, so in reality, the road is sealed right to the gate of the property.

Just a gem, I wouldn't like to publish this 10-rated review just to keep the place for myself ) I mean - these few houses are not perfect probably, but the price, the owner, the basin... we stayed in 3 different places on this trip - Serebreno Jezero, Zavojsko Jezero - but Zicka beats them all with one hand.

Up to Zicka Monastery it was easy to find directions, however turning into the street of Zicka Plaza it was a bit hard to find out which place was the right one. At the last hundred meters the placed a sign on the road pointing the right directions.

At arrival we received a warm welcome of our hosts and they gave us a tour around this amazing place. During our stay they took care of everything we needed, drinks, breakfast, barbecue or taxi everything was arranged perfectly.

It was located a little further out than I expected but this ended up being a bonus as we visited the nearby ancient Zica Monastery which is a must visitand it is very peaceful spot.

Spacious and clean - like a home away from home with wonderful hosts that are very accommodating and hospitable. We had a lovely breakfast in a nice dining area with peaceful views over the yard, creek and hillside.

As we were on working trip, not every operator service has good signal in the area, but that is nothing to do with the property or hosts.

The place is on great location, very quiet one and cosy. Hosts were pretty helpful and really kind, they answered on every request we have. Unfortunately we went in winter time, I assume in summer everything is more beautiful. I highly reccommend this place!

Data flow over Wi-Fi is unstable. Mobile signal is at the very minimum.

Grass like a carpet around the whole compound. The pool made on the river is perfect for children. Apartment is very clean. The host is really open and friendly.
