    Huge rooms, clean, comfortable, professional staff. I often stay here in my work travels. Hotel is in the old centre, with nice small restaurant.

    1) Great location, 15 minutes walking to the majority of the attractions. 2) Staff is great, very helpful: They shared some options what to visit, where to book tours to the remote areas of Serbia, rent a car, which taxi to use etc., On Wednesdays they have Jazz concerts with live music. Restaurant provides dinners till 10pm (separate pay) 3) There is a gym - well equipped. 4) Rooms are equipped with Zepter products, including healing systems and air-cleaning, water-filters etc. This was great. 5) Food is fine, there is a choice of everything people normally eat at breakfast. You can also ask separately for porridge or other shape of eggs (e.g with mushrooms or tomatoes) with no extra charge , or for anything else like latte or wine with extra pay (but prices are fine there) 6) They have great choice of wine at the bar, also some special Serbian ones.

    In one bedroom suite: 1) The room is well equipped for regular stay, but for long period: e.g. there are not enough clothes racks for two-three people. There are no drawers in the bathroom or near the bedside tables: hard to arrange your things. There was a stove, but no pots and pans, no little spoons etc. 2) Shower does not have a door which is common in hotels, but glass wall separating shower zone from the toilet zone was too small. So the water was spreading across the floor in the bathroom and became slippery. We used towels to wipe it out. 3) One day we used sauna, but it had a few issues which we reported to the staff. I hope, they will fix it soon. But sauna for sure is not used often there. Almost everything can be fixed by the staff if you ask them. Which means hotel is perfect, if you like talking to people. But for guests with autism, or poor English/no Serbian, who prefer not to contact staff for every case, could be a bit challenging.

    My husband and I were looking for a hotel in Belgrade and we found Zepter Hotel on Terazije 10. It is one of the best experiences we have ever had. We went down a week before we were to get married and what a wonderful staff! They were genuinely interested in our lives, how the wedding would be and if we needed anything. We got to know the owner and the manager and their staff. What wonderful people! Both my husband and I work in security-classified professions so seeing how they worked as a team made our hearts melt a little extra. The hotel was also close to the city center and the staff at the reception really helped with everything, no matter what you needed. They also made it so that as a bride on my wedding day I could breathe a sigh of relief and know that they had my back if I needed them. Not only is the hotel itself good, that is, the rooms and the cleaning, but their staff made the whole experience of both showing my Belgrade to my husband and also feeling safe make me recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Belgrade. My husband and I are already planning our next trip to Belgrade and of course to Zepter Hotel on Terazije 10. We hope that the staff sees this message and everyone around the world, both my husband and I highly recommend Zepter Hotel. Big hug to all the staff, warm regards from L & G!

    Would have liked to give it a 10 or 5 star rating. Location the best close to attractions and restaurants. The hotel is extremely pleasant. Excellent location at the beginning of the pedestrian street. The staff are excellent and very attentive. Large, quiet room, good Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning and shower are excellent. Ideal mattress, firm but not hard. Small, basic gym, with the bare minimum. .

    The problem with breakfast: Given the standard of the hotel, there should be more options and local food. But it is satisfactory. What is not satisfactory is that smoking is allowed in the breakfast room with food displayed as a buffet. I complained and they offered to take the food to the table in the restaurant next door. They said that the space is open. It is not and even if it were, smokers can perfectly well go without smoking for half an hour during breakfast. They go without smoking for hours on the plane. If they can't change that, they should have an option for a rate without breakfast. Despite this problem, the hotel is great and worth

    I had a suite which is located in a very narrow corner. Neither me nor the hotel had control over the air-condition temperature. It was hot all the time, and when I asked them to turn it off or lower the temperature, they told me they have no control over it and the only solution is to open the windows as well!!!

    The staff were great. We really liked the apartment. High ceilings and a layout that felt like a labyrinth were such joy

    Probably the worst night of our lives. The bed was too hard and the pillows were too thin and too soft. It was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t fall asleep. By the middle of the night we started our quest of finding something more comfortable to rest our heads on. Let’s outline what we had at our disposal: 2 default pillows, 2 decorative pillows, 2 pillows from the sofa. Remember combinatorics? We tried every single one pillow and every combination of two pillows for a person. With no result. Even with all the exhaustion we couldn’t fall asleep. By 4 a.m. both of us started experiencing itchy backs. By 5 a.m. we checked out and went to another property.
