Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Close to the motorway with a small town next to it. Their on-site parking was CCTV monitored 24/7 and made us feel safe. We promptly checked in at 8 o’clock in the morning. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms as described and pictured, with clean bathrooms and cooking facilities free to use. The rooms are well-equipped with a kettle, a single stove, cutlery, mugs, cups and plates. Thank you for having us Vurk Inn!

My stay at the Vurk Inn in Paraćin was very short but fantastic! The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciate the attention to detail and the high standard of service. We were passing through and arrived much later than the standard check-in time, but the owner was available even at that late hour and welcomed us with great kindness. This shows how much the host care about his guests. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, truly making you feel welcome. The entire stay was very enjoyable, and I will definitely return to this place again. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Paraćin! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the outside you don't see that it is a hotel, looks like somebody's unfinished house, but this didn't make our stay less pleasant, just a bit confusing at the arrival.
Very clean and quiet location! The host is also very friendly.

It's very convenient to stay here. It's not far from the highway and there is a big supermarket nearby if you need to refill your travel supplies. The room is excellent with very comfortable beds and a kitchenette.

The room is perfectly clean and comfortable with a large well equipped bathroom. There is a large inner yard for parking. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Also, very flexible check-in check-out.

We used it for an overnight stay on our way to Greece. The apartment was clean, fully equipped. We checked in after 3pm - the bed was ready, but the sofa for sleeping was not. The hosts assumed that we would spend some more time together in the living room, but we were tired after driving all night and wanted to go to bed right away. Upon request, they immediately made the sofa for us. If you also plan to use the sofa to sleep in earlier hours, I recommend to include your request in the note. The whole building, including the interior layout, looks funny from an architectural point of view, like when children build Legos (in fact, like other wildly built houses in the Balkans), but it completely fulfills its purpose. A big advantage is parking in the lockable yard.

Nothing really for a night stay.
Nice and clean apartment enough for 6 people to sleep in. Restaurants, bakeries and money exchange nearby. The entrance is bit odd but it doesn’t matter, its just behind the petrol station.

Very easy to access, close to A1/E75 highway - we used it to sleep for a night on the road to home from holiday. The host communications with us were really attractive and very quick responses everytime. The rooms itself were cleans, cozy, and enough space for us. There were everything we needed. Important: the apartment is close to supermarkets and restaurants. (Lidl is just 1 km) The host really kind and helped in everyíthing we need. I really recommend this apartment. If we can go again to a holiday in this direction I am sure we will sleep here again.

It's a very convenient place to stay not far from the highway. The room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and the host was very helpful with the accommodation. There is a private parking in the inner yard which is a great facility.

All equipment is new and in excellent good condition. The only small problem was smell from sink in bathroom (I think it should be properly sealed or syphon to be modified to proper seal from smell).
