The rooms were great. Completely clean and nicely furnished. They are new and modern. The service was beyond our expectations (help with the luggage, they gave us all information regarding anything we required, while cleaning the room, they even packed our stuff). Very pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at this place! Although the location is a bit far from the city center, the area is very safe and peaceful. There’s free parking available nearby, which was a big plus, and public transportation makes it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, which made dining out very convenient. The facilities were excellent, and most importantly, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Be aware you are not in the city center (that is perfect if you have a car and good food options around the corner). Be aware, the apartment is above the café and you can still smoke in the café, so it smells a bit cigarette in the corridor.

The very nice hosts (good recommandation, we got upgraded, very nice welcome). Very clean, well equipped!

Our stay was incredibly peaceful! The room was super clean, and the temperature was perfect, offering a cool escape from the heat outside. I was initially concerned about parking, especially since we arrived in separate cars, but there was plenty of available space, so it wasn't a problem. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy – we were done in just a couple of minutes. To top it off, the room was well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. Overall, everything exceeded expectations! Thanks again to the hosts – we’ll definitely be back in the future.

Great location. Not in the city center but not far from it as well. Hosts are prompt with their answers. Rooms are true to pictures. Clean and nice place to stay with a cafe bar (serving food also) on the ground floor for basic daily necessity.

I took the basic room as I was traveling alone. It was perfect for me - very clean and quiet. You get the key from the restaurant which closes at (I think) 22:00 but there is a phone number you can call and the host will meet you. Very pleasant experience. The parking (free of charge) is on the next street, 50 m from the entrance.

We took two rooms. One had only window on the ceeling. It was like bunker. And because of that air conditioning needs to run all night and that was a bit bad... Also, we found cockroach.

Staff was very nice, friendly and polite. Parking is right in front of the house and also next to the house. There is view from the window to a beautifull church. When we were there caffe bar wasn't working, but it seemed very nice. Rooma are very nicely and modernly furnished. Also, from outside house looks very nice. Novi Sad is great, I think that is widely known and goes without saying.

Spacious room, clean and new. The quality exceeded my expectations. I didn't have breakfast, and the location itself is far from the city center, but it's a nice environment - churches and a student dormitory. Very friendly staff.

Excellent, clean, polite, Bar is right under so you can sip coffee till your significant other is doing make up. Location is a bit further away from the center 2.9 km so a car is recommended. Price is excellent.
