No where in immediate vicinity to eat or go for a drink - nearest place the reception staff could recommend was 15 mins walk we were tired from a long journey.

A little thought should be given to the cleanliness of the rooms (full of cobwebs in the corner of the wardrobe, at the ends of the beds, stained bed linen, holes in the towels) and hygiene in the breakfast room (cutlery, cups, spoiled food). Of course, an invaluable bonus - the included breakfast. But it is sad - often yesterday's bread, no salad, fruit.... Probably the cook was on vacation🤔, because on the last day, before we left, we finally had some options.

Very responsive, helpful staff. The pool (although not the warmest :)) is still a big bonus. Within walking distance there are grocery stores, a couple of cafes/restaurants, 2 grocery stores. Nearby public transport stop to get to the center.

The only downside was the beds, which were not very comfortable. With improved bedding, this place would be perfect.

The only problem is transport connection with the city center. 5 minutes from the hotel the is a bus stop but with only 2 buses; 44 and 34. #34 has an interval about 15 minutes and it does not cross the bridge that connects this part of the city (Senjak) with the centre. And the other one #44 has interval of 28 minutes. So when you need to go to the city you have to go by feet about 15 minutes to the bus stop Ortopedsky saved.

People who work in this hotel are very nice, they respond in Viber quickly and sometimes it is essential: for instance, I am an absent minded person and often forget if I locked the door or not. I wrote them about this and they checked it very quickly.

We also noticed an unpleasant odor from the bathroom when the door was left open, and while the air conditioning worked well, it was quite noisy. Lastly, for those looking to explore the city, the hotel isn’t very central but there is a bus station nearby, which provides some solace.

Amazing pool and had a lot more sun beds than the pictures showed. The breakfast was good and was included so very positive. The air con worked well and the staff were lovely throughout.

We had an excellent stay in Villa Mystique. The breakfast was diverse, fresh and plenty. The room and the facilities were nice and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. When we had some minor problems with the payment, the front office manager Mina not only provided us with the assistance but did everything possible to solve our problem. I would like to especially note Mina’s attitude towards guests, this makes us want to come back to Villa Mystique again!
