Can be quite busy with parking on the street, yet we did find a space so it was not a problem.

The room was good size and we could check in easily at our requested time. Street parking was ok as we did get a space near the building. Easy walking distance to Nis city centre and the Old town across the bridge.

Vila Nova is by footwalk near to the center of Niš. The used apartment, two rooms were in the roof part of the house and a nice with own atmosphere. Double bed was comfortable. I felt good.

For me it was okay because of my height (1.65m), but the shower might be a little tight for a taller person.

Everything was perfect!

Very comfortable bed and pillow, very clean, in the perfect center, very good parking place right in front of the entrance, but the best part is the super friendly and helpful owner of the hotel. I highly recommend this place!

We have been missing a hair-dryer but that was just optional

Good location and some space for parking is available (public street but safe neighborhood). We had huge delays on the streets and borders but they were so patient and helpful and waited for us when we finally arrived 00:30 in the morning. Thank you so much! Also the room was basic but sufficient and clean and we were sleeping very good in the beds. Thanks a lot!

Nice equipped flat about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Easy to communicate with the owner. When we arrived late at night, the owner mentioned that we could move rooms in the morning because the original room had a low ceiling and my partner is tall. No issues at all.

The pillow was too flat but everything else was perfect

We were allowed before the check in time (as soon as we landed I messaged him and advised me that I can enter an 1hr after). He welcomed us and was extremely nice and welcoming. The place is very clean and easy to find.

Room was on the first floor and because of the walls we did not have full size windows but basement windows. A little dusty, but nothing major.

Location is very convenient. City center is very close. Parking is free in front of the building and we found a spot right away. Lady who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The building and apartment are nice and clean, although it could use some touching up, like repainting walls, etc. just some small things to make it shiny again.

- shower curtain - fact that no breakfast was served although it was mentioned on the site. Breakfast was discontinued in the COVID period but not removed from the information. Not a real big problem since there are many bakeries and cafes nearby but something that should be corrected.

I liked everything of this sympathetic small pension.

Bed for sleeping is not perfect, but decent.
