We loved the location and the host was extremely polite and ready to help. The room was very comfortable. We stayed for just one night, but we would gladly choose this place for a longer stay some other time.

The place is really neat and clean. It's close to the center but at the same time the location is quiet. The hosts are very friendly and will help you with any questions or topics you might have. The parking on the street is provided by the city and the payed hous in Nis are all the way until 9pm, however, the hosts took care of the parking fees which was extremely nice. P.S. Bonus points for the very nice cats that you can find in front of the place.

Everything was perfect! The hosts are warm and kind, the house felt like visiting long-lost relatives :) The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. And the location is ideal!

A small suggestion for the hosts: it might be helpful to send a message with check-in details in advance, or perhaps this was just an oversight in my case.

The accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures – clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming. The location is great, close to the city center but in a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. Highly recommended!

Superb location. Very pleasant owner, easy communication. Renovated, air conditioned rooms with all facilities you could need for a short stay, coffee/tea maker, TV with a large number of channels, impeccably fast WiFi, great bathroom, nice garden . Every recommendation.

The location was the first, but certainly not the last great thing about this place! The owner is amazing, nice and very helpful. We loved how our dog was welcomed, even though she is a big dog, the room was beautyful and the surrounding is super silent, so we had a wonderful stay.

This place is a true gem!!! The apartment was luxuriously furnished, with super cozy bed. The house is located in a lovely street just next to the river promenade. Every detail in the house is carefully selected. The hosts were super kind and helpful, they really do their utmost to answer every question or request.

Everything is great! The actual walking distance between the bus station and the guesthouse is nearer than Google Maps suggested. The owner is very friendly, helpful and responsible. She suggested us good places of dining and even some places in Kosovo! Recommend!
