Comfortable and well maintained modern place in an old typical house. Its location is excellent : the street itself is calm but the heart of the city is literally a stone's throw away.

Great location, very clean. The host thought of everything – the room has everything you might need, from a needle and thread to a first aid kit. We were even welcomed with cold water, which was a nice touch. The accommodation also includes private parking, which is covered in the price.

Nina, thanks for everything! Amazing place in the city centre (5 minutes by feet from all sights). Very cosy, warm and bright room with large windows and confortable bed. We had all we need - kettle, tea, coffee, dishes, hairdryer and many small important things that make stay confortable and easy. And yeah - TV with Internet and Netflix is a perfect solution for winter evenings… feels like home 😊

We decided to walk towards the town center , and it was relatively short but a little dimly lit along the way

The house was huge! The room was very spacious, with ample parking. It was also in a secure location with security cameras. We felt safe throughout our stay there. The host came to personally hand us the keys. Don't forget to try out "Basch House 1887" it's an amazing restaurant!

I have no complaints. It is extremely clean, the center is 5 minutes away, the owner is kind and fair. The apartment is big enough. It has its own parking, air conditioning, it is a quiet place. I will definitely come again :)

Night lamps were very light and almost spilled to the floor on several occasions. Minor detail.

There was no breakfast, however the host did leave chocolates, tea, instant coffee, a pot to make hot water, and a liter of water left in the refrigerator for us. The parking is behind the building, with a gate that is closed at night. We had a quiet table outside, our own entry way to the room, and plenty of space for us. The television was easy to use. The only issue was that the shower head had a leak in the hose attachment, which the host promised would be fixed right away. The neighborhood is very quiet, but very close to restaurants and most of the important sights of the center of the city. We loved this city!

Perfect location, comfortable and spacious rooms that look even better in reality, plenty of parking space beside the house, nice both artsy and national looking details inside the room. There was even a separate sitting area inside which was quite convenient as the night was not so warm to sit outside. Fresh and crispy clean stripe sateen linen, a lot of pillows, and a profound mattress were really nice to sleep on! Nina was great to communicate with and ready to assist our needs, and suggested some places to visit our our way back. I'll definitely recommend my friends to stay at the place while visiting Subotica and Palic

We weren't aware we would need to pay in cash and in Euros. We therefore had to withdraw a large amount in dinar and get it converted to euros.

We booked all three rooms in the property. They were all very spacious, clean and modern. The property is centrally located with everything in walking distance. The property owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive when we had a small issue that was quickly rectified. Secure parking at the property for several cars
