The apartment was very clean and comfortable — just like the photos, or even better. The host was very kind and helpful. His friendly daughter also helped us with the language, which we truly appreciated. The location was central and easy to access. Everything you might need was thoughtfully provided in the apartment, and even the small details were lovely. I would definitely recommend it to everyone with confidence.

It was very disturbing that alarming fridge in every 30 minutes and dropping Air condition's sound to the bedroom's window. It was hard to sleep in the room. And elevator not working properly.

Everything is fine. We liked the location and amenities of the property. Also owner was very helpfu and friendlyl. He did what we want. Next time l will come again because Niş is my second home.

The location results some difficulties as well. Guests can park in the crowded courtyard and there is no beautiful view from the apartment.

The location is perfect, walking directly from the building to the main street of the town. The Host is great, very helpful and friendly. Very clean and organized apartment. He direct us and find us a parking spot, visible from the apartment windows.

The coffee machine didn't worked as it was explain to us. We had no chance to make it work.

If you have a car, it’s problematic. There is parking in the rear of the apartment complex, but there are no allocated parking spots and it seems to operate on first come first served basis with people parking their cars in any available space. If you get parked in, you need to ring the number on the dashboard of the offending vehicle, failing that lean on your horn until the driver returns!

This apartment is in a great location just around the corner from Obrenovićeva, the main pedestrian street and a short walk from the Niš Fortress. There’s an Idea supermarket located on the ground floor of the building. The spacious two-bedroom apartment has been renovated to a high standard and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a rain shower, extra toilet and sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, flat screen TV and good WiFi. The apartment is on the third floor of a complex serviced by an elevator. Unfortunately, this was not working during our visit but Miroslav helped us bring our luggage up and down the stairs. Other than the parking issues this is a really good option for a central Niš stay!

This is a lovely spacious apartment that you could happily spend weeks in! The host was the kindest and most generous person we've met on our travels and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Nis as you are right in the middle of King Milan square so you can walk to most sights. Great WiFi throughout the apartment.
