Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HungaryFantastic staff! Ultimately friendly people, helped us a lot during local protests, helped us with parking and gave us a chance to refrigerate our goods that we brought with us. Made us some coffee during checkout, absolutely great experience. Beds are comfy, rooms are nice. Great place if you plan to visit city for short amount of time!

HungaryThe room was decent but significantly different from the stylish photos that influenced my choice. The bathroom was quite unpleasant—something I have never encountered in a hotel before. At first, I thought it was designed in a retro style, but when departing, I briefly saw other rooms that looked much more modern and appealing. I felt disrespected, as if we were assigned the worst room available. Although the room itself was clean, the windows were very dirty.

Czech RepublicWe received a different room than the one we had booked. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom had no ventilation. After raising our concerns, the reception offered us another room, which was slightly better, but the smoke smell could be felt after a while too. The bathroom facilities were outdated, with some fixtures either loose, not working properly or having missing parts. Although the hotel claims to have a non-smoking policy, smoking was allowed in rooms and even in the breakfast area, where guests were smoking during breakfast. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told, “We’re not in the EU,” which was concerning.
The staff was helpful. The receptionist helped us with the bags from the private parking which is nearby. The rooms were spacy, breakfast was ok (continental).
