Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good place for an overnight stay, the restaurant was fantastic, the food was perfection. The room was dusty and musty including ALL toiletries and towels and bedding, but for a night in transiftion it was fine. The location is ok. Not too far from the highway but too far from the city. It’s not for wandering out at night. You dont hear the traffic because the rooms are placed away from the main road.

We arrived late and kitchen was closed so nothing to eat, we had to drive few km away to find a place to eat. Would be good if they had some late service to eat something and have a beer after a long drive.
Room was nice and clean and beds comfortable. Great for a transit hotel. The breakfast was also very good.

Good guesthouse a few minutes from highway to Europe/Greece. Very nice and helpful staff. Amazing food at the restaurant. Room was clean and newly refurbished. A nice kids playground is also available. It may look a bit outdated from outside but it was a good and practical choice.

It is pretty noisy outside. You can't open the windows overnight.
Owner is friendly and helpful. The restaurant exceeded our expectation (what do you expect in a Hotel in the industial zone?). Food and brekfast were excellent. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom, both in perfect condition. Despite the noise outside it is a perfect place for an overnight stay close to the highway travelling to southern Europe.

Stayed here before and will again. Room is basic but everything you need and clean. Restaurant has a good menu with reasonable prices, staff are helpful and not far from the motorway. Good price.

Room 105 has a specific smell from the sink. First time we got the same room but they change it after we asked. Second time they said they don't have another free room to change it so we stayed in 105. They should leave the window open more time during the day, and eventually put an airfresner inside to cover the odour. But the bath and the room were clean.
I stayed there 2 times in 2 weeks. Close to hayway.Open late in night.

Bad smell in the bathroom.
Nice place located just few minutes away of the highway. There is a gas station and bakeries around. Free parking in front of the building. Hosts are very kind people.

The staff does not speak english.

Horrible smell of tobacco 🤢 I have headache from it Couldn't pay by card, was something wrong with card reader (my card almost got blocked). I think they just wanted to pay by cash. Now I realised they charge 2 euro more (who knows how many time they discharge). Triple room is not a triple! They just put extra bed, so no space. We suppose to leave right away, but our kid was very tired, we had to stay.

The room smells of smoke of cigarettes. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. The bathroom smells badly in the morning. In the restaurant people are smoking.
