There really was nothing to not like.

Such a great, friendly and very helpful host, arranged to pick me up from the airport, when it was very late and was such a good communicator throughout. The apartment was a shared one, and clean throughout and very modern facilities, everything you would need for a short or medium stay. The travel links and shops are nearby, and the locals are happy to speak English with you.

Dusan is the best host, very helpful with any information and need. It felt that he took care of the tiniest ditail in the apartment that it would feel home (and even bettet). The place is very comfortable, clean and quiet. It was a perfect rest for a night of connection in Serbia. Thanks a lot :)

There is nothing i didnt like about the property.

The property was clean comfortable and good value for money. It had every thing i needed. Wifi worked perfect. The host is a very nice guy he collected me from the airport and advised me which bus to catch the following morning to get to the hire car depot. Would definatly book again if i return to Belgrade.

The only negative thing about this accomodation is the fact that there is no air condition or fan inside the rooms (there is only one in the living room). I stayed there for a night during mid July, the weather was so hot that I was literally melting while packing my luggage in the morning.

The facilities are new, clean and the whole place (comon areas as well as the rooms) are spacious enough. Overall the whole place is well-kept and Dusan is such a friendly and good host, always there to help you.

Everything was perfect :-)

Everything was just great. Very nice and hospitable family! All rooms, kitchen and bathroom are very, very clean and nicely furnished. Washer&Dryer are there and you can use them free of charge. WiFI and TV as well. For a small fee, you can have breakefast, if you want to. Guests are even invited inside their home for lunch, if everything is closed, like it was on January 1st.  My best recommendations! The room is perfect if you are looking for a nice place to stay near the airport, but thanks to the good bus connections, it is easy to get to the center of Belgrade in short time. Or you can catch a ride with Dusan (the host) and he will take you to the place you want cheaper then a cab.

The only issue during my stay was the internet stopped working a few times, however the host quickly worked to resolve this every time!

COnstant noise from heating, leaking taps/plumbing, no air con in the room. Difficult commute during early/late hours, local buses don't run on schedule, even though on their website there is schedule, estimated time on bus stop also isn't accurate so taxi could be only way of commute. No basic water filters in the property, water, like in the rest of Serbia, has questionable drinkability (has odor)

A lot of facilities and you can comfortably stay there as if you were home, washing machine, dishwasher, dining area/lounge. Has mesh screens against bugs on your window and main entrance. You may enter freely and was very easy to check in/check out. Great and friendly host.

The apartment corresponds to what is seen in the photo - a small studio. The apartment is quiet, clean, the bed is soft, the air conditioning works great. The owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful people.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had early morning flight and I needed a room close to the airport overnight. Not only I had found a nice and clean room, but a room in beautifully arranged spacious three-bedroom spick and span apartment. The living/dining room is very pleasant and comfortable and I enjoyed working on my computer there. The kitchen is fully equipped even for long stays with the whole family and there are all sorts of spices, teas and coffee available for brief stays as well. I shared apartment with another person and Dusan made sure that bathrooms were clean all the time. The entire apartment is newly furnished and extremely clean. I arranged for transfer at 4:15 a.m. to the airport with Dusan and he was ready and waiting for me 15 minutes earlier, helping me with the luggage. Thank you Dusan for everything, for offering a lodging in which one can truly have a rest and prepare for a log flight such as it was mine.
