The linens and towels were not clean, the rooms were dusty and with spider webs, the toilets were not clean. Never expected this situation from a highly rated place, I hope it is a one time only situation

Staying at Etno Konak Tasana has been really lovely! We enjoyed communicating with the owner, the rooms are interestingly simple and pleasant to spend time in, and the balcony on the 3rd floor has a city view. Location is great.

Name "etno" is not just the name - it's really old. It's not a negative point, but the reminding for future visitors not to expect the modern renovation here.

Very lovely place, the rooms are really charming (for people who like patrimonial places, it's not modern), like little studio where it's nice to rest, write or read... I strongly recommand.

The door lock to our apartments needs to be fixed — it's very difficult to open. It took us 10 minutes to get the door open on the first try. Poor water pressure. A persistent sewage smell in our apartments.

Great location, not far from the city center, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The fortress is just a 10–15 minute walk away. There’s a small courtyard in front of the apartment where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer.

Most of the stuff in the room had a vibe of a massive ew. The AC was the only source of heat and it wasn't enough at all.

In the case of room number 3. - It's cold because the heating isn't working properly.(Only small radiators work.) - It's an old house, so when I turn on the lights at night, bugs crawl around on the floor. -Even when I try to sleep, the stair sensor light turns on automatically when someone moves upstairs, which is annoying. -The new female employee's bad customer service attitude (They asked me what time I expected to arrive, so I told them in advance that I would arrive around lunchtime. After I arrived, I rang the bell, called them out loud, and sent them a message, but there was no response. That's because they were asleep until then. Eventually, after 1hour I had to make a phone call to wake her up and after a while she came down the stairs. I was shocked and asked her loudly if she was still in the room, and she disappeared without even apologizing while crying. Her boyfriend came and took care of it. In the end, I was finally able to check in after 2 hours of arriving at the building. Her boyfriend was very kind and asked me not to leave a review, but I couldn't help but accept that this place had such a high rating. This won't change the rating of the place, but I'll leave an honest review.)

Perfect place to stay. That’s where you really feel like home. Very nice place, convenient location, helpful staff. If you need something, you will never hear ‘no’. I hope, we will stay there again some day.

Very nice and cosy place at the city centre, 2 minutes from the main walking street. Personnel is super friendly and helpful. The place itself is full of a charm of old Serbian houses. May be a bit uncomfortable for demanding travellers, but if you admit that "grandmother's house" vibe, you will enjoy it for sure.

The dust is almost everywhere in the room, behind and on the furniture. Bathroom facilities are in poor condition and cleanness.
