Food is fine, though it could be a bit better. The only downside was the noise from concerts in the nearby square – it felt like the music was in my room. Of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the experience a little.

The hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms are great, and the staff are absolutely wonderful – so polite, helpful and friendly. The spa is peaceful and relaxing, and everything feels very well taken care of. Food is fine, though it could be a bit better.

The Hotel is at prime location right on the promenade. Basically in heart of V.Banja. The staff is very friendly, the food and the restaurant were really wonderful. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choices. Rooms are very spacious and big. Highly recomend!

Smoking tables inside restoran. And little bit confused by the bathroom, because it has glass walls.

Nice Hotel, maybe the best at this location. Clean, with good beds, mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Strange system of cooling, they said is thru the floor but it sounds strange and un-real. It was very hot, so after I opened all luggage they proposed to change the room to another one..maybe .with a normal air conditioning system- which we refused.

The location right in the centre of the city. Very clean, room was big and nicely arranged. I would prefer a room facing the main street with a balcony but it is not clear which category I have to reserve... Restaurant : very good food, high quality products, very professional service. All in all, itcwas a nice stay.

Hotel is on a great location and has available parking for guests behind the Hotel. Staff was exceptionally polite, rooms were comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that Hotel is next to the main walking street with cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, I had a busy schedule and didn't use the spa, but hopefully next time I will...

The restaurant was really a cafe, bright and clattery… not so great atmosphere for dinner but fine for breakfast.

We loved the comfort, the spa experience and the helpful staff.

The room was amazing, really spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was great, everything was very clean. We are a family of 4, our kids are 5 and 2 and we all had an amazing time.

1. Difficulty accessing the hotel's parking lot. Had to call 3 times before gate was opened to enter the lot. 2. Inability to adjust room temperature to a desired level.

During our stay, the air conditioning was working on heating, but due to the high temperatures outside, the temperature in the room was 28 degrees Celsius. We called the reception asking if something can be done, but when the person responsible for air conditioning maintenance came, told us "just open the windows".

The location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are big and clean. The staff is friendly. Hotel's restaurant is grate and prices are good. Indoor pool is a bit small, but enough.

The SPA facilities are quite small. It could be made a steam room instead of fitness. But it is nice.

The hotel is very comfortable and nice and is at the very center of this very beautiful town. It is clean, have comfortable big beds, have clean SPA center. The sauna is not small. The pool have jacuzzi. The town is very nice and clean and have parks and nice places for a walk.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there was no clock in the salt room and tepidarium.

The highlights were the location, cleanliness, SPA (which has an adult-only period from 6 PM), and the friendly staff.
