Just there were no duvets. We wanted to sleep with the ac on and we just had bedsheets to cover.

We chose this hotel for its spa area, but after making the reservation we were informed that access costs an extra €10 per person, and an additional €7 per person if we wanted breakfast — details that were not clearly stated beforehand. We paid over €100 in total for 3 people (without breakfast included), and at the spa only one of the three saunas was working, while the water in the pool and jacuzzi was more lukewarm than hot. Additionally, at 5:30 in the morning, the cleaning staff were vacuuming the hallway and speaking very loudly to each other, and at 7:00 a.m. one of them tried to enter our room even though we were still checked in.

The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location matched the description and, at first glance, seemed ideal for relaxation.

It was a bit noisy in the apartment when we arrived but then it got quiet by night (we were suggested to move to another apartment if it was still noisy after some time but did not need to). Was not a big concern for us as we stayed overnight but might be something to check for a longer stay. The apartment was not fully cleaned - noticed somebody's hair elastic behind the bed.

The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks English. Parking place just in front of the hotel. The apartment was nice with a great city view. The apartment was well-equipped. Also it is possible to order dinner in the hotel.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Excellent service!

We arrived very late but the staff was very friendly at the reception. They helped us out with everything we needed. We didn’t have any breakfast due to our travel schedule being a bit later than the breakfast time but we were informed about the times ect. We will be back for sure! Great experience and extremely friendly staff made us feel like we were at home.

Spa costs 10 € per visit and although looks great, the pool and jacuzzi although great are not warm enough.

Reception staff very courteous and spoke good English. Lift easily available and the room was very clean and spacious. The air-conditioning was on when we arrived in 40 degrees which was a boon. We had a 1 bed apartment which was perfect for party of 3. Massage by Katja is highly recommended. Views are great and place is very quiet and relaxing

Inclined road for parking. Felt like testing your driving skills! But couldn’t be otherwise due to location of hotel that is on a hill.

The spa and the pool are not included in the room price and you have to pay for it. 10 euros per person for every one hour and a half. Rooms needs fixing. A lot of things are broken.

I was really disappointed to find out I was charged an extra 10% just for using my credit card. This fee apparently only applies if you don’t pay in cash. Essentially, I ended up covering the hotel's banking fees, which feels unfair and unreasonable. In this day and age, credit card payments are standard — penalizing guests for using them is not only outdated but also leaves a bad impression.

Garni hotel City View in Niş is really one of the most beautiful hotels during my stays in Central European / Balkan Countries. First of all the sympathetic, friendly welcome by Sacha and Andre. Furthermore the location on the hills is perfect. But especially the spa with everything on it is really fantastic

I would recommend thicker curtains in the bedrooms to block the morning sun. Not everyone wants to wake up super early in the morning.

Amazing location, plenty of parking, the staff is very friendly and proactive. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great city view from the balcony.
