RomaniaWe chose this hotel for its spa area, but after making the reservation we were informed that access costs an extra €10 per person, and an additional €7 per person if we wanted breakfast — details that were not clearly stated beforehand. We paid over €100 in total for 3 people (without breakfast included), and at the spa only one of the three saunas was working, while the water in the pool and jacuzzi was more lukewarm than hot. Additionally, at 5:30 in the morning, the cleaning staff were vacuuming the hallway and speaking very loudly to each other, and at 7:00 a.m. one of them tried to enter our room even though we were still checked in.
The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location matched the description and, at first glance, seemed ideal for relaxation.

GermanyIt was a bit noisy in the apartment when we arrived but then it got quiet by night (we were suggested to move to another apartment if it was still noisy after some time but did not need to). Was not a big concern for us as we stayed overnight but might be something to check for a longer stay. The apartment was not fully cleaned - noticed somebody's hair elastic behind the bed.
The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks English. Parking place just in front of the hotel. The apartment was nice with a great city view. The apartment was well-equipped. Also it is possible to order dinner in the hotel.

We didn’t have any breakfast due to our travel schedule being a bit later than the breakfast time but we were informed about the times ect. We will be back for sure! BulgariaI was really disappointed to find out I was charged an extra 10% just for using my credit card. This fee apparently only applies if you don’t pay in cash. Essentially, I ended up covering the hotel's banking fees, which feels unfair and unreasonable. In this day and age, credit card payments are standard — penalizing guests for using them is not only outdated but also leaves a bad impression.
