We were very-very satisfied, it's an excellent apartment. It's close to the highway, easy to reach, nice, quite area. The apartment is big, comfortable. It was nicely heated by the time we arrived. The host is friendly, he came immediately when we called. I would definitely recommend it.

We only stayed one night, but everything was ok. It was close to the highway and the owners were very friendly and knew English. We enjoyed the parking inside the courtyard.

I had medications that I needed to cool, but the minimum temperature in refrigerator was +15, so it wasn't enough for my medicine. The pillows were really big and not soft at all.

The host has met us late evening (at 11pm). There is a parking nearby, where the host helped us to pay for it. The internet worked just fine, I had a Zoom meeting, so it wasn't lagging. It's really good value for money.

The only thing that could make the apartment even better would be an air conditioning, but there is a fan, that cools you, if needed.

We have been absolutely satisfied with the apartment. The owner was very flexible, although we arrived very late at night, he was there waiting for us and showed everything. The flat is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. We could park the car in the garden, which was very convenient and safe. The neighborhood is very quiet so you can have a good sleep at night.

Bathroom is very narrow, hard to move around in it, and i am not a big person. Strange WIFI setup. If you move around the apartment, WIFI network will change very often and you will end up, sometimes, without connection. The fridge was working, running all the time, but everything inside was warm. Regarding parking inside, if you have a not so low car (a had a Passat), but really packed, for sure you will end up touching the underneath of the car because the entry is quite high from street level. Better leave the car outside. If 1 dog starts to barks, a whole lot of them start to bark, multiple times in the night, and is very annoying.

Price / value ratio very good. Very Big apartment with everything you need in it. Host was very kind and helpful. You can park the car inside (continues in what i did not like) Quiet neighborhood, if the dogs are not barking (continues in what i did not like)

As a family, we really liked having the comfort to feel like we are at home. The bedsheets and everything was so clean. We had the chance to cook and the kids enjoyed ip tv:) Even coffee was available.

Dejan, the host, is great and really professional. The apartment is clean and comfortable with everything we needed - excellent bed, clean linen and towels, the internet, and the other things counted on the booking.com. Some of the excellent things is a huge parking space IN the garden as well as quiet neighbourhood. It is easy to get to the city centre on foot. The host was waiting for us and was kind to answer all questions almost immediately no matter if it was evening or morning. In addition, he told us that we could have stayed some time longer after the check out.

Amazing value for buck. Spacious with a kitchen and can accommodate a lot of people. Also there is a parking which came in useful. Absolutely recommended!

I didn’t particularly appreciate that the water didn’t go down properly in the shower. The bathroom was small and narrow. But for one night it is ok.

Our accommodation had two bedrooms with comfortable bedding and excellent heating. The host was friendly and accommodating, speaking good English. The Internet was ok. I recommend this place for an overnight stay in Niš.
