It was clean and comfortable. Location was great, close to the center but on the hill and with a nice view. Staff was very kind and helpful. Kids loved the pool. Definitely coming back.

We were genuinely astonished by our experience at Nataly. The cleanliness is commendable, and the rooms are adequately spacious. Although the spa is not large, has everything you need. I had a relaxing massage and really enjoyed my me time. The food was delicious and you will have a lot of choices for everyone's needs.

In the middle of the day a group of children not living in the hotel (10-15 kids) came to the this spa centre. Quiet spa centre (as it supposed to be) becomes to quite noisy aqua park for children. All guests which lived in the hotel left saunas and swimming pools because of this group not living in the hotel. It kills all impressions from staying

The breakfast was served in another building. There was no privacy on the balcony from other rooms. The soundproofing could also be better.

The room was spacious, the pool was just a staircase away. The warm water in the pool was great, even though the pool is not very big. The location of the property is also great, since it's a couple of minutes away from the center. The staff surprised us with a cake for our kid's birthday, it was much appreciated. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing

Spa center is located at the ground floor/ basement and for some reason that outside door is always open - when going up to the room from the spa, you have to pass near that open door and is cold.

Food was amazing. Staff extra friendly and supportive. Always there to meet, greet and assist you with a smile. They have a lovely brunch organised on Sundays. Value for money - feeling is like you are robbing them. For sure they are offering a lot for their prices. Very spacious room. Great location in the city center.

Our stay at Nataly Spa was truly wonderful, especially because of the amazing spa center and breakfast! The room itself was on a smaller side, yet modern and well-maintained, with calming view. The real highlights were the relaxing spa and the delicious breakfast each morning. Starting the day with such a variety of fresh and tasty options was a treat, and winding down in the spa after exploring made the experience more special. The location is ideal, close to center yet peaceful, and all the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating and delightful getaway!

Out of all the hotels in Serbia, we received the best treatment at this one. It felt like I was back in my home country, the UAE, and I didn’t experience any form of discrimination. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke English very well. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was international, offering a wide variety of options. There was also a male waiter who was super friendly and nice. We ordered food to our room, and it was super tasty. We also loved their spa and massage services. Above all, the hotel was very clean and looked new. We will definitely come again and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for hosting us 🙏.

Only one staff member spoke English which was a bit tough. I think a hotel needs to have most of their employees with at least some English.
