How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Absolutely amazing stay, felt just like home! I gave this place a 10 because it truly deserves it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and I felt at home the whole time. The rooms are new, well-equipped, and very clean, with comfortable beds, everything is just perfect! The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of loungers and a peaceful atmosphere. Everyone we met was so friendly and sociable. We also had breakfast, which was delicious and felt genuinely homemade. Hats off to the whole team for creating such a wonderful place to stay. I’d love to come back here again. Highly recommended!

I liked how clean it was, everything is modern inside, Zorica the lady from the reception was very nice and friendly 12 points for reception, nice private parking.

The hotel is cozy, nicely decorated and smells really fantastic! Clean and comfortable! Parking in front of the hotel. The staff is also wonderful! The owner welcomed us with a nice drink and info about our stay and where to dine! Thank you!

Everything was perfect.
Excelent setting. Private parking in front of the building. Beautifully decorated (Christmas and New Year time). Attention to details. The staff is friendly and polite (Marija and Zorica). We travelled throughout the world, but this apartment is definitely one of the best we booked so far.

Modern and well designed accommodation. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very quiet and at a walking distance from the city centre, which is surprisingly nice and there are some very good restaurants and caffe. The owner is extremely welcoming and helpful to guide you through the dining options in town.

Apartment nice, the same as the photo. Cozy room with comfortable bed. A swimming pool is a plus. We enjoy being at the pool every day. Great hospitality from host family and staff. They are always there and keep asking if you need anything more. Of course, welcome a drink from Milos. Recommendation apartment in Smederevo.

one of the most beautiful and best accommodation in Smederevo, very nice owners, do everything to make the customers happy. the hotel is located in the least and safest area. Free parking in front of the front door, very clean rooms with balconies, large outdoor swimming pool, breakfast for an additional charge, free mineral water and tea in the room, quietly located in the residential area. If you wish, you will be offered something to eat in the hotel. Very good price performance. Every thing with love . Fast Wfi.

We loved the kindness of the hosts despite we arrived very late, the spacious luxury rooms and the pool of course! The water was quite warm and you can enjoy it all day till late night which is great!

No elevator to the 3rd floor, little bit far away from downtown.
Great big apartment, swimming pool clean, the water temperature was ok even for small children. Private parking. AC in the room, balkony as well. Badroom also with enough space. Wifi worked also good.

You need to drive to the town or take taxi. On the other hand it's a quiet area.
Friendliness of the hosts, Room size, Welcome drink, quality of the food. Parking place. If i come back i would be happy to stay again.
