The reception was very dirty, we found the keys on the desk anyone could enter, rooms are very old and not that welcoming

Unfortunately TV not working however saying that I was asked if I wanted to move rooms but I declined because it meant I had to go up another flight/s of stairs. Asked for a kettle (@ 13:30 hrs) since it says tea/coffee facilities in the room but never got one, I was told the next morning that they do not provide them in the room. Other guy apologized for his colleague for not wanting to let me know.

Room 102 was lovely. Had a seating area. Room was spacious enough. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also good. The restaurant is really nice with a small lovely outdoor area. Only 20 or so minutes to the centre by walk. My friend was given an upgrade ( in other hotel) because the AC in her room was not working .

I have seen that in the bathroom some applications such as for liquid soap dispenser been out. Simply just a screwdriver is required ti fix it back.

This is second time staying at same hotel and same room 301. All in all everything good especially kindness of the staff. The location is 15 min walking from main square or from Delta shopping mall. Parking provided. Nice cakes shop/ restaurant.

Water on landing in between floors. Told staff, they didn’t take care of it so I did. Mold in shower, room 202.

Arrived late. Staff very pleasant & accommodating. Had 2rooms. One a little dated but very cute. The other more contemporary. Good size, comfy bed, good bed linens. Restaurant on ground floor. TV had shows In English. Beautiful soft carpet in room. Small refrigerator in 1 room, not in the other.

We are a family of 6. We booked one apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette, but we got one room with 4 beds and one double room on the other side of the hotel with a different entrance. It was difficult to manage with our 4 children because of the distance, we had to walk a lot between the rooms with the luggage after a 14 hours long drive. We should have got breakfast, it was the main reason why we chose this place, so we can leave early and continue the long trip, but there is no possibility to get a breakfast. The staircase was stinky, smelled like cigarette and was under reconstruction, there was strange water plots and something brown liquid on the floor of the staircase( but the rooms were very clean)

Prize. Location, it was close to the highway, it was a stopover for us, so it was a benefit. We arrived late, and we could check in, though the check in time closed an hour earlier than expected. New, nice furniture, comfy bed.

Actualy the hotel is under finishing reconstruction, so our room 305 with double bad rooms ware total different from the picture on the hotel booking web at end of May 2024 . Room and bathroom fresh new of course some details been not finalized such as TV cable connection, leaders tools boxes on the stairs, but that is normal during works in progress. Car garage space been provided, the staff very helpful. Breakfast is 6 different offers plus drink and coffee - good. To summarize - pleasant surprise.

The only thing we really lacked was an electric kettle and a couple of cups. This would make me completely happy in this room :)

The room was cozy, not too small, in addition to the beds there was a sofa, which was very comfortable. All equipment in the bathroom worked. The room was quite warm, despite the cold weather and wind outside. Good variety of lighting. There is even a balcony, but in this weather we couldn’t appreciate it :) It was especially nice to find fluffy blankets; they made our stay in the room especially comfortable :) We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and everything was very tasty. Of course, it’s disappointing that you can smoke there, just like almost everywhere else in Nis. However, there is a children's area, there is no smoking there and it is more or less comfortable :)

The hotel is located in a very busy intersection. It’s difficult to park and it’s very noisy.

The room was comfortable and bright and the location was not too far from the main attractions.

The room could have been better and we weren't told there was no lift. We were on the 3rd floor.

The room was a bit of a disappointment as the shower tray was rusty. But otherwise is was a good location for 1 night stay. Breakfast was amazing though and staff super friendly.

The room was big and quiet enough for us to have a good one night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, they managed to find a parking place for us despite the difficult traffic conditions of the city centre. The breakfast was good standard (eggs, sausages, bacon as well as yoghurt and jam).

Parking fee is not written in the description, and is 10eur/night. There was no minibar and the cleaning was made superficial. The room had a smell of tabac, although it was a non smoking room.

A bit odd shower.

The hotel was very easy to reach from the motorway and provided me with a parking space just across the street. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There is a nice and cosy restaurant with interesting menu. The staff was very polite and helpful.
