Beautiful accomodation. Great positioning, close to the Nis fortress/park. A bunch of options in the area when it came to restaurants and places to eat, plus there is a shopping mall nearby. Will definetly consider next time I am visiting Nis.

Everything was good like the last time we came there, but this time we take the breakfast. what a pity. Obviously prepared anywhere else and just warm there in microwave or steamed. My worst omlet for years, cheap instant coffee. nowhere on par with the rest of your prestation. but as the breakfast is the last thing a client will remember from your hotel, I think you have to give more attention to the product and the service you offer. By the way it was a paying option.

The hotel receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a hidden gem with a beautifully maintained garden with contemporary and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed a g&t relaxing in the garden after a long day exploring. The breakfast omelette was delicious. The location was perfect and just a short walk from the main square and Tinkers Alley. The room was a little dated but comfortable and clean. The free onsite parking was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The bathroom was a bit smelly, probably because the shower drain was kind of blocked.

Apartment-like accommodation without kitchenette, very spacious and with terrace facing the street. Fixed breakfast (4-5 options) included in the room rate. Bed was comfortable. Parking available. 10 min walk to the city centre. Several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff were very nice.

No elevagor, plus parking is next door, which is OK, but you cannot leave before 8 am because gates are closed.

Apparently coffee is not included with breakfast. The cost was insignificant but I was surprised. It was a first.

Dated room, older kitchen and facilities. There was a launch party for their cafe the night we were there, so there was loud music playing. We were invited to join which was very nice of them, and as promised the music did stop at 10.30pm. However the party guests continued talking outside well until 11.30-12pm and this was a bit disruptive, and we needed earplugs to sleep.

Comfortable apartment in perfect location in the city, with supermarkets and restaurants just a short walk away, along with Nis fort. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the included parking (need to request this ahead of time). We didn’t end up using the kitchen but it seemed very basic. Good value for money.

Laguna Green Guest House is located in central Nis near the Delta Planet Mall. The main pedestrian mall with the city's best restaurants and bars and the historic fortress are about a kilometer from the hotel and easily walkable. The rooms are clean and comfortable and an excellent Serbian breakfast is served every morning. The only negative I noticed was that the green areas in the back of the hotel (see the photos in the listing) were overgrown and not being maintained. It's possible this had something to do with the timing of my stay in mid-April. In any event, I do recommend Laguna Green Guest House for a short stay in Nis.

A couple of things needed fixing, like the closet door not sliding properly or the curtain rod being bent.

It was just a sleepover for us to continue our long roadtrip and the room exceeded our expectations. Clean, warm & cosy with a breakfast also better than expected. Offered a nice free parking spot in a garage just across the street. Staff very helpful and eager. Considering the price, we would stay again.

We only stayed for a night. The hotel was in an excellent position, only 15 minutes of walking distance from several areas of interest. Breakfast was really tasty, the room was warm and cosy and the personnel was really polite and friendly. Thanks for everything!

This is a small family owned guest house. Really convenient for the city centre. Off street parking was included. A very good breakfast all for a very reasonable price. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.
