The property was clean, lots of space, we were a family of four. We spent just one night there so we dod not need to use the kitchen or other facilities. But it has everything need on the kitchen and bathroom. Even one time use tooth brushes. Host is very prompt and responded fast to questions we had. Parching is outside in front of the property in a very quiet area.

The amount of space that we had, there was plenty of hot water(water heater on gas is AMAZING IDEA!). Each room is very big, and comfortable. The air condition is very good as well(even if there is only one). But it was possible to cooldown everything under this heavy hot weathers(gj AC :D! ). There is a place to sit, in front of the house, and in the back during morning, or a break, so its up to guest to choose). There is place for barbeque. There was even an ICE in fridge that we needed. There was a medic-kit for first aid, our friend go injured so we had all the things that we needed in order to fix the injury. Kudos to hosts for thinking of providing such a minor, but helpful detail. The beds were VERY comfy, place was VERY clean, the sound ISOLATION IS AMAZING! I slept very good, while friends were talking in another room, just wall separating us. Neighbor was mowing the lawn, at 9am, and i slept through that.

Very beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to city center ,safe place to park your car, excellent communication with the owner Svetlana. The villa is equipped with anything you may need for your stay and has beautiful terraces and back garden where you can enjoy your coffee or glass of wine

Beautiful spacious house, nicely restored & decorated. Plenty of utensils & supplies, just everything a traveler might need) 3 terraces & cozy backyard. Comfy beds. Very quite & peaceful neighborhood within 10 minutes walking to the historical center.

The bathroom water heater had really weird noises thrughout bathing but also it emanates distructing click sounds during the night.

Very cold house but I guess the heating was not turned on days prior arrival and we stayed just one night, so probably if we would have stayed more, heating would reach comfortable level.

Big house with three dorms, kitchen with open space, all amnities equipped. Would come again if in Vrsac.

Everything super clean, cossy and beautiful. With the host is super easy to communicate via Whatsapp , really is a nice stay with everything you need in the kitchen /bath/rooms and even the temperature in the house could be modified by us . Love it 🥰 btw super good figs in the tree outside.
