How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It is very comfortable and super clean apartment! The host are very kind and really helpful, to help you with location, with parking garage, whatever you need you can ask him. It was very warm and on good location! Highly recommended!

No faults! The host is a complete gentleman!
We couldn’t ask for more. The apartment is beautiful and the garage space is so helpful. The host could not be more helpful and I could not recommend higher! We traveled from London to my wife’s home town and this is by far the best place we have stayed! This is far from the local standards. There is so much attention to detail!

The garage is very tight; if I had been driving my BMW 5, I would have had a hell of a time getting in and out. So, wide and long cars are definitely problematic, and I would suggest finding other locations to park. Luckily city parking is dirt cheap.
Location was great, everything was clear, new, pretty. Bed was comfy, the apartment had everything needed and way more. It has parking and an elevator, and the room is nicely noise-insulated.

Everything was perfect.
One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in Serbia. 1. The host was amazing and very friendly. He is a world traveler and he even offered me a tour. 2. The location is perfect, 2-3 minutes walk to the center where you have everything such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets. 3. The apartment is super clean and well organized. It’s well equipped with everything you need. 4. The underground secured garage was very helpful and gave me peace of mind. Also the building has an elevator from the garage.

Apartment is excellent, perfect in any way. Close to city center and big advantage is car garage. It was easy to arrange check in and check out.

There are no negatives. We really enjoyed our stay.
I loved that the property had everything we needed and more. The owner thought of it all. Cleanliness is extremely important and the property was very clean with clean linens and towels.

New building/apartment, very nice equipped, super clean. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the city center. Underground garage in the building with reserved parking place that goes with the apartment. Comfy beds with a choice of pillows. Big smart TV with a premium sport and movie channels.

The apartment is in a great location, in a new and modern building. Its nicely decorated, just like in the pictures, and very, very neat. The bed is big and very comfortable, and the balcony is enjoyable and beautiful. Also, the apartment host is a very cool and helpful guy. I felt right at home!

Ever walked into an apartment and thought, "I could actually live here"? That’s exactly the vibe of this place in the heart of Kraljevo. The location is top-notch, and with a secure garage, your car’s always safe. The apartment is not only spacious but also decked out with cool tech, like a big LG TV, super-fast optical internet, and a cozy electronic fireplace. It’s clear the host went above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. Whether it’s the fully-stocked kitchen or the massive, comfy bed, every detail is fresh and well-planned. The large balcony is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink with your special people. I can’t recommend this beautiful apartment enough and will definitely book it again the first chance I get.
