I felt right at home during my stay and wished I could have stayed longer. The room was clean and even preheated before my check-in, which made it extra cozy. All the necessary facilities were provided, and the kitchen area was well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We had to call several times to find the entrance/room, as it was our first time in Kopaonik. Some clearer instructions would not hurt.

Perfectly used space, each of the details planed well.Hosts are thoughtfull regarding both ecology, economy and practiality. They even thought about spray sanitizer for surfaces ..as well as litetature for all demographics.. In case your orgsnisation doesnt allow time for skii pass, host put an effort to comensate it by plastic sledges. Comfy matresses. Savrseno planiran prostor i analiza najrazlicitijih potreba. Bravo!

The owner announced free parking for a car, a spa salon, an equipped mini-kitchen, toiletries, slippers, cleaning of the room (it was announced as apartments in a 4-star complex), a 15% discount in the complex's restaurants. In fact: it is almost impossible to park for free!; the spa salon is constantly closed; there is no decent frying pan in the kitchen, you need to buy basic accessories; shampoo and toilet paper must be requested separately, otherwise they will not be brought; we stayed for 10 nights and during this time the room was cleaned twice at the beginning of our stay, then they stopped cleaning and taking out the trash, and when requesting the service they said that we must report that the paper/shampoo has run out or there is trash ... they should have warned about this right away, because, at first several days, everything was cleaned without additional requests; there were no slippers; we could not get a 15% discount on food anywhere. We rented 2 rooms, one of which was supposed to have a view of the mountains, but alas, two rooms had a view of the courtyard. There were no ironing facilities or coffee makers as stated in the ad. Access to the executive lounge, Patio, Oven, Air conditioners (which work within one room), Antibacterial hand gel - these are simply stated in the description of the apartment and it is not clear where, how and for whom it was. Not all sockets work (they are simply sealed with electrical tape), the shower and toilet are not at all up to 4 stars, basic cup holders for toothbrushes are broken, the water shut-off system in the sink is broken. The heating in one room was adjustable, in the other, it was not.
