We recently stayed at Divčibare - Katun apartments for a family weekend, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The apartments were spotless, offering a high standard of cleanliness that truly impressed us. Comfort was top-notch, making our stay incredibly relaxing. The peace and quiet of the surroundings added to the serene atmosphere, allowing us to fully unwind. The hosts were exceptional—warm, hospitable, and attentive to every detail. Their friendliness made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The wellness facilities were absolutely perfect, providing the ideal space to rejuvenate and enjoy quality time together. I bumped my head several times in the bedroom, the stairs are challenging, and it is a bit small when you are together over sevral days.

The villa is at a majestic fairytale location. Driving there for the first time, was like in a dream. The host family are the sweetest people, they so much helped us with arranging and guiding for the ski-school, managed even an alternative when one was full. Unbelievably kind. The lady cooked a delicious traditional savory pie, which was really nicely made, and also a sweet pastry. Can you believe that? My children said they felt they had additional young grandparents.

I honestly have no complaints about Rate KATUN Apartmani & SPA. Everything was perfect—from the breathtaking location and outstanding SPA facilities to the warm hospitality and pristine accommodations. My stay exceeded all expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for more!

All the apartments were with kids, so not really romantic getaway. No air conditioner in the house, only heating. No facilities in the room.

Room was comfortable and vey clean. Pool without kids is available from 8pm till 12, sauna also. Host sent us some pre-trip advises and explanations.

The only thing we have to comment on is that the beds are not comfortable, which was to be expected.

Property is on a magical place. You can see whole Divcibare from it. The staff is very caring towards the guests and always willing to help to feel as comfortable as possible.

Pristupni put do objekta je malo duži i makadam, ali solidnom stanju. To su čari planine :)

Vrlo odmereni i prijatni domaćini učinili su boravak opuštenim. Uslovi smeštaja i spa centar iznad očekivanja. Kompleks je udaljen približno 1km od glavnog puta, na lepoj lokaciji, uzvišenju, sa prelepim pogledom. Definitivno ćemo ponovo doći.

Very small rooms with bad sound isolation. Approaching road is bad. in order to arrive you need to drive for 2 km on unpaved road which can be challenging especially at night.

Small hotel with great spa facilities. Parking available in front of the hotel. Great views over the surrounding area.

Rooms are very small, beds are uncomfortable and difficult to use, kitchen is tiny and overcrowded, toilet seat is mounted too low, there's no toilet paper holder. The price of the room doesn't correspond with the comfort it provides.

The owners are very polite and friendly. Regular Serbian hospitality at work. Everything is clean and well maintained. The nature is beautiful, house is located on a perfect place. Spa is very good, it has all necessary equipment, swimming pool is large enough for relaxation after sauna use.
