We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

North MacedoniaThe building in which the apartment is located is very easy to find and it is located near the forest and the apartment is on the fourth floor - the building itself has no elevator, which is not a big problem if you do not have a lot of luggage. The apartment is the same as the pictures on Booking,even more beautiful ,equiped with all the things needed for family stay plus it has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The view from the terrace is breath taking. It has floor heating and also has a heater that heats up the space very quickly. All the rooms in the apartment are functional and aesthetically furnished. The hostess Jelena is excellent, always available on Viber and answers all questions in detail and with her support, guests always feel safe and welcome.

North MacedoniaPerfect blend of elegance and functionality. The all-white decor created a modern atmosphere, making it a delightful retreat. All necessities were readily available. The highlight was the exceptional view from the balcony. Watching the sunset from there was a breathtaking experience.

MontenegroEverything was simply perfect, but unfortunately our stay was too short to fully enjoy everything that this accommodation and Kopaonik have to offer. You have everything in the apartment, even small things like spices. Cleanliness is at an extremely high level. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom also has everything. Everything is as in the pictures from the booking. You have free parking in front of the building. And what makes this apartment even more special is the spectacular view from the terrace and the unforgettable sunset. (I must mention here that there is no elevator in the building and that it can be a bit of a challenge for people with walking difficulties) I must especially mention our hostess Jelena, who was excellent to work with and who has confidence in her guests. Jelena, thank you for the trust. What I can say for sure is that you will not go wrong choosing Hiona apartments.
