Staff: 10/10 They were very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for. One of the girls from the rooftop restaurant even spent five minutes helping us navigate to the location we asked about. The receptionist carefully explained all the parking options, instead of just pointing us to the most expensive one. Breakfast: 5/10 Extremely basic, with almost no options. We were there for just one day, so I can't say for sure if it's the same every day. Room: 10/10 Big, clean, and comfortable — no issues at all. Location: 4/10 Too far from the city center. If you're with kids, it takes about 30 minutes to walk. We were there during a bus strike, so I can't say how long it normally takes by public transport. Value for money: 7/10 If distance from the city center isn't a problem, then it's worth it. Otherwise, you can find a room or mini-apartment within walking distance of the center for the same price (though likely without breakfast or parking).

It's a little bit far from the city center, about 40 minutes on foot. But it wasn't a problem for us.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. The breakfast is much nicer than most hotels. The staff are helpful and caring. If I come again, I will stay at this hotel again.

That there was only 1 key to the room. (Not a big deal but it helps to have 2 keys)

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Traveling with 2 little kids is not always easy but the entire staff made it super fun and easy. Nikola, Miroslav and Mirjana were exceptional.

Not a perfect look cation, but the public transport was free and just few minutes away from town centre. Loud music at the rooftop bar.

It was as our second visit to this hotel since the first visit was few years ago. The positive impression still remains the same. It was my daughter’s 11th birthday, so our family decided to visit Beograd for three days and stay at Heritage Hotel. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a small chocolate cake and a wish card for my daughter, which was very nice! She was very happy with the cake. The room: it was a suite and it was clean and spacious enough for four of us. An additional wc would be beneficial. The breakfast and Rooftop Bar were lovely. Every evening we had a glass of wine in the rooftop bar. The view and the staff were all very friendly. Second evening there was a live music with a local singer, but it was not to our liking. The music was very loud and almost impossible to speak or hear anything and we left shortly after. Apart from that we were all very happy with our stay and would definitely visit again!

Considering the facilities provided the price was on the high side.

Excellent staff, every single one. Rooms are quite big with a good view. Location is about 6-7 min drive to the centre. Received complimentary diner for NYE, which was kind of them.

The hotel was very cozy and the staff really friendly , the whole place made you feel like home . Also there was always free parking space for our car which made it very convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel and special thanks to the staff at the reception who were always helpful and smiling!!!😊

The extendable sofa was not confortabile at all. The guy from the parking had an inappropriate attitude towards us.

The sofa bed was carefully prepared but still not very comfortable. We did not like the coffee at the breakfast, so we bought separately espresso from the restaurant bar but still could not drink it.

The room was large, clean and comfortable with a nice view over the surrounding area. There was free parking and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and very nice, except for the coffee 🙂
