It could maybe be because of the rainy weather when we arrived...but the toilet smelled strongly of sewage for the first 2-3 days of our stay. We didn't alarm the stuff hoping that the smell will go away

The location is great. Room has everything it needs. Stuff is very polite, helpful and good. Bed is very comfortable clean. TV is working great and most important is the jacuzzi that exceeded my expectations!

The bathroom need's more light. It was dark inside even there is a lighting. There is a aircondition in the room but there is no remote. The room is missing a coat hanger.

For the price, it is definitely 9/10. Location is good as is the view from the 6th floor bedroom window. I was able to store my bicycle inside too which is a plus. There was a fridge and kettle too and the room was a decent standard. 'Lux' is more of a brand name. The standard is good for the price but I wouldn't consider it luxury in 2024. When it was first built then probably yes. The negatives are the 10:00am checkout which is absurdly early. 11:00am should be minimum. The room also smelt like cigarettes and the exchange rate wasn't correct. Aside from these points, though tempting to give 8/10 - 9/10 is nonetheless correct when accounting for the price paid

Cesme u kupatilu i kuhinji su puni kamenca kako pustis vodu tako se polijes ceo. Kad se kupas celo kupatilo je puno vode a nigde dzoger da obrises. krevet kako sednes krca ceo, obratiti paznju na posudje celo je zapeknuto. Mislim da ne bi bilo lose da stavite kafu secer i so.

We were bited by something agresive, never had so many bites on the whole body so far (both over 30 bites). The source is uknown (we were on 6th floor). It is nearly unpossible to find the buildings entrance, as it is from the back of the buildings. Should we not meet some nice lady who helped us , we wouldn't find it for sure.

There is no elevator to the loft apartments and the stair is very small. It was very hot in the room, we couldn't use the airconditioner as it was just infront of the bed. Not enought lite in the bathroom. It was very very noisy building, I've almost couldn't sleep, but it is just bad building construction - cheap materiasl used for building. There is no parking, they show you where to park in a small street near the hotel, but it was okay.

For this price, room was perfect. People are very nice and friendly. It was a loft with a low ceiling, which is not suatable for tall ppl, if you are a tall person better book other room. Bed was comfy. Best part is that they are dog friendly and it was just next to the place where we suppose to be in the morning, which was very confortable for us.

I couldn't call the host when I arrived, it was hard to find the entrance. It was also not possible to call the apartment, it was a problem to contact the host. Otherwise everything was fine, we liked it here.

Nice big apartment on a high floor. Large bathroom, equipped kitchen. Spacious living room with a large sofa and seating area. In the kitchen there is a counter for sitting and eating, a nice view of the city. Pleasant underfloor heating. Close to the aquapark. Excellent price-performance ratio.

We have selected one large, double bed room, and yet we got 2 small beds put together, so that is one thing to look out for. It was sort of inconvenient to sleep on those together, since the gap between the beds would always appear. Besides that, all was great.

A room with a great window view on the whole city of Jagodina. The room was really nice, excellent for a couple travelling around and seeing new towns and places. Cozy and warm, the accommodation had everything we needed.

The smell in the bathroom was horrible, there was also a bad smell in the room, bathtub was looking dirty and old.

The apartment entrance door was loose and was banging all the time, had to keep it in place with a bag to stay fixed. The window was broken, barely manage to close it after opening. The walls could use a new painting. The air conditioning was bad positioned, blowing directly towards the bed. We received room #4 which was a smokers room, as it was late in the night we did not complain about it because we planned to leave early. But for a non smoker it was really hard to get past the cigarrete smell, even with the open window. Could have been a little more clean and tidy.

We were welcomed by a nice lady who showed us around, was very nice and friendly. We arrived at half an hour past the check in time and the owner welcomed us without problems. Since we did not have enough local currency to pay, we were walking to an ATM and the owner had patience with us along the way. The bed sheets were clean. Nice spot lights in the room and bathroom. Great positioning and city view.

Moje preporuke ici kada nije toplo jer klima uopśte ne radi a prozori se uopšte ne otvaraju,u sobi je kao u rerni i mogli bi dobiti toplotni udar ili se ugušiti jer vazduha uopšte nema,mi smo pokupili u toku noci i napustili apartman! IUžas.....!!!!Sramota! Moglo se baram reci,pa ljudi smo! Hvala unapred!!
