They didn’t accept Visa or Master, but this is probably during the out of winter season period. There was a big led screen billboard in front of our room so we had a bit of a light show during night.

Really pleasant staff in a beautiful building with a great location. Bed was very comfortable, which is important for me. I would recommend this hotel.

Attentive service from all staff from the moment we arrived, where we were greeted by a concierge who offered to offload our bags from the car. Service level continued at that standard all through out. Spa facilities were flawless, low activity as it is the summer time (off-season) - which we personally enjoyed. Great breakfast and efficient room service aswell.

Nothing particular, just a level up in presentation and taste in the restaurant. Breakfast should have some made to order dishes...

Accomodation to our Pet. Everybody was nice and friendly to her even though she is special needs mature dog. Rooms are nicely decorated with natural materials, thought out and feel premium. Included garage is nice touch. We used welness and massages which were a delight to relax.

The kids playground and swimming pool were not working, even on Booking is written that is open. So not all activities from the advert you can use. I understand that now is not the season but at least update what hotel facilities are open and what you can use

This was our second stay in this beautiful and exceptional property with the bonus of being ski to door. The staff are just wonderful, service is above and beyond expectations - friendly, courteous and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we were very well looked after by everyone. The food and drinks are wonderful, the atmosphere in the bar is lovely whilst the view from the dining room adjacent to the slopes enhances the fine dining experience on offer there. Cannot wait to return!

Great location, good size room and very nicely decorated. The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. Food was of a high standard and very tastey. The view from the main restaurant/lobby bar was probably the best in the the area, especially sunset. Loved the fact the staff made an effort to help some small cute stray puppies. We will definitely stay again

Nothing.

Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.
