Located in the city center with own free parking space. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern. It's nice it had a free mini bar and kitchenette. The view from our room was nice. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice of cold cuts, cheese and sweets.

The most incredible part was a breakfast! The hotel makes it in a half of hour before the usual scheduled time to help runners to be prepared for the run. It is the touch I dream in every hotel: the guest and their needs are the priority. Great job! The best practice! With that the room was good and nice, the bed was great, the lights are nice, TV is ok (rarely someone mention it).

A pleasure to arrive here after a long travel day. The lady at checkin was wonderful, and at checkout they allowed us to start breakfast a little early to catch the train. It was super clean, and very spacious and the free drinks and snacks were a nice touch.

Breakfast ends at 10AM, which feels restrictive for travelers who prefer a more relaxed morning schedule. An 11AM cutoff would be much more guest-friendly and allow for a proper rest after long travel days. Navigation to the hotel can be tricky - Google Map tends to direct you to the wrong side of the building, making it challenging to locate the parking area. There’s a bit of a detour required to actually reach the hotel’s street and parking facilities. I’d recommend calling ahead for specific driving directions to save time.

The studio apartment with balcony exceeded expectations - genuinely spacious with a peaceful atmosphere that made for excellent rest. The private balcony was a nice touch for enjoying morning coffee or evening downtime. Parking is in a generous backyard area offering plenty of comfortable spaces - no need to worry about squeezing into tight spots or searching for street parking. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions, cafes and restaurants.

It was a bit complicated getting back to the hotel during night, as the room keys did not open the front door to the hotel and the personal from night shift was not always available.

The breakfast buffet was continental but quite frankly subpar. The coffee served was filter coffee without any flavor. I would have wished for a nice espresso to go with breakfast.

The hotel is located in the heart of Subotica next to the city hall square with cute little cafés and a fountain. The hotel was in superb condition with balcony for each room. Modern facilities and well functioning AC made the stay even more enjoyable. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is undescribable. Everyone makes one feel welcome. Will definitely visit again.

Room rate a bit overpriced given how small Subotica is. The room rate was on the same level as Budapest or Vienna which is for me a bit out of relation. But I understand the hotel offering is limited in Subotica.
