Air conditioning was only in the living room and not in the main room.

Super friendly staff. The hotel is like new. Complementary access to the Spa. Rooms are big and comfortable. Great view to the water park. Big balcony! Air conditioning only in living room.

Note that all the facilities (breakfast, dinner, pools, treatments) are in Movenpic hotel which is 3 mins walk. When we were staying the weather was perfect, so it was not an issue but if the weather is not good it can be problematic.

Can get a bit crowded. Also, you have to walk quite a bit from the residences to the restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served. It is not allowed to use the lift access from the spa centre but you rather have to walk quite a bit uphill and around the hotel to reach the main entrance. This can be very inconvenient if you have a child in a pram.

Air conditioning as soft as a ghosts whisper, didn't cool properly and was like a loud industrial fan. It was also positioned poorly in corner of living room and none whatsoever in the bedroom, for those from cooler climates like UK in Summer months it's a recipe for poor sleep. Kitchen facilities quite bare, only one sharp knife, spatula, frying pan, boiling pan, wooden spoon with tiny chopping board, this needs looking at considering apartment could theoretically fit 5 people. The wider view of apartment 5 is great, but if you look down the service road in front has crumbled and looks untidy for guests. Building seems fine itself, clean tidy and modern. There is also construction work ongoing at the waterpark side, for us we were unaffected but others may be worried regarding noise or dust in other locations within the building.

Size of apartment, corner ground level location and use of spa facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. Styling of apartment is minimal but clean and tidy. Second room we had, enjoyed woodland valley views and we heard wolves in the evening.

Everything was perfect for me. No negatives to point out.

I absolutely loved my stay and definitely want to come back for at least a full week. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — I had an issue with payment through Booking, and they responded quickly and did everything they could to assist. The hotel itself is clean and beautiful, with stunning rooms both in terms of interior design and the amazing views. Spa access and pools are included in the price, which is a great bonus. Highly recommend!

The air conditioning in first our apartment was broken. And we waited a long time for the administration's decision to move us to other apartments.

The apartments are large, bright and clean. Well equipped kitchen. The spa complex is clean. There are various pools, saunas and places to relax.

Our primary motivation for this visit was Sauna World, however, the accommodation was equally impressive. The room provided a comfortable environment, featuring a spacious balcony and breathtaking views. Furthermore, I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by the reception staff. Overall, the stay was truly remarkable.

The air conditioning worked, but it made some strange noises—same with the bathroom fan. The shower cabin couldn’t close properly either. These were just small issues that we mentioned to the staff when we were leaving. It would’ve also been helpful to have a stove, especially since we were staying with a baby and needed to prepare specific meals

We loved the spacious apartment, its great location near the spa center, and the lovely terrace with an amazing view. Everything was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

I don't know if Fruške Residences personnel can influence this (as the spa area is at another hotel), but the worst (and the only bad) impressions were from the pool area, as most people smoke right at the pool on their daybeds (despite there is a "no smoking zone" sign on the entrance) and even cut toenails at the pool. Apparently the staff is not interested in this. It was a challenge to find a daybed far from other people to breath with air, but not with a cigarette smoke.

Very clean apartments and nice personnel. The italian restaurant nearby is nice as well.

The spa is actually in the Fruske terme hotel. It is not a minus of the residences, but the guests should be aware there is a short walk from spa/pool to the residences, which may be relevant in bad weather/wind

Haven’t noticed anything I didn’t like

My family and I stayed at a family suit. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, warm floors and necessary appliances like kitchen utensils, hairdryer made our stay really enjoyable. Complimentary access to the wellness and spa centre made our stay real value for money. They provide towels and gowns for adults and teens, blunt for kids. Also we happened to leave a phone charger in the suit and I completely forgot about it. However, the Fruške Residence team contacted me and suggested sending it via post. I really appreciate that!

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from spa complex. The apartment itself is very spacious, with beautiful panoramic windows and natural light. As a family with a small child, we really appreciated the provided crib and high chair – it made our stay so much more comfortable. There isn't any store or little market where you can buy water or snacks. Also, room service is not working good, because if tou want food in the room you need to go to the restaurant near by.
