No A/C! Beds were very uncomfortable. Very difficult to find, because the adress in booking was not correct! you need to search it under a different name in google maps. Food at the restaurant was expensive in comparison with restaurants "nearby". You need to pay for fresh coffee in the morning, instant coffee is free.

Quiet, good to get there by car. Very nice staff, you get fresh towels every day.

The swimming pool was open to public, not only to hotel guests, which made it very crowded for the people who actually payed alooot of money to stay and fight for a sun-bed or a place to lay their towel on. Second, they try to give us the room we didn’t reserve, which was way more bellow the standards we paid for. At the end we managed to perused them to give us the room we payed for. Finally, the electricity run out, the breakfast buffet was not even remotely at any normal standard. Yes, and the coffee at the buffet was like sewer water, couldn’t actually wait to get out of that place.

Some parts on the property need refreshment and cleaning (outside areas in particular). Apart of the beds and furniture, only what you get in the rooms are glasses for water.

Location is good, on the main road and one can get easy to attractions near by.

In all public places / areas smoking is not forbidden. Smokers in the restaurant, in the lobby. The only place where they didn't smoke was in the pool area.

We got upgrade form one to two apartments, the kids were so happy. There is a good restaurant in the hotel, and the facilities are very good too.

Heating in room was off due to end of heating seson. Room was super cold when we arrived. No air-condition in room even on booking we saw it should be available in each room. One of staff saved situation and gave us radiator. At the end all went ok

Breakfast was excellent. There is something for everyone. Every day we were surprised with some home made food.

The temperature of the pool was 27°C. A little cold for winter.

- The hotel has a lot of facilities outside. But almost all of them are damaged or fully non-function. For example: playground is closed because of broken facilities. Only the trampoline is available but it doesn't look safe enough. - Backyard of the hotel is full of abandoned buildings, machinery and looks like a messy building yard. - There are many partly-wild dogs walking on territory. They are friendly but they are still not pets. - Air and water temperature in the SPA complex were low and uncomfortable (in January). There was used gas-powered industrial heater for warming the air. I don't think that it is safe and acceptable to use it in such a way.

- Nice location. There are many paths to walk around and the magnificent Rtanj mountain nearby. - Good breakfast. - The staff is friendly and helpful. - Big territory.

Staff members at the restaurant were ignoring us, we waited twenty minutes before we could get the menu.

The water in the pools was very cold, so we didn't really enjoy swimming, even though it was very hot outside You can also see a small pool for children in the pictures, but it's gone now. The place is nice but needs a bit of renovation.

The accommodation has good potential but it is not maintained very well. It misses some facilities and some things are cheaply done. It misses facilities that were already added on the map, for example aquapark. The outdoor swimming pool looks green but they are using natural spring water. But it did not attract us to get in. There are unfinished buildings on site that look more abandoned than worked on. Overall good potential, but poorly executed. For a place that is located in the middle of nowhere, they should focus on richening their offer.

The room was in general good. It was spacious and clean which is what we needed. It is in the nature surrounded by mountains. The indoor pool was nice and there are plenty of sunbeds. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, home made food. They also offer Rtanjski tea for breakfast which is delicious.
