I have no faults.

Location is great - the centre is about 300m, cafes, restaurants, public transport, kiosks, everything is within reach. The pictures are identical to the property, you won’t be disappointed. Natasa and Emilija are contactable at any time of day and welcoming. Natasa comes every week to make sure that your room is clean, replaces towels, etc.

My only short coming was lack of a washing machine, but I actually didn’t require it at all in the 2 weeks that I was there. Probably a longer period of time it could be necessary, but it’s a minor issue and nowhere near enough to reduce my scoring.

I am truly unable to express my gratitude and the service provided. The host’s mother - Nataša - is truly a gem. She made sure that I arrived at the property, enjoyed my stay, told me not to rush on my last day, and even dropped me off at the airport. She was communicative and wanted to please me and with around my schedule wherever possible. It felt like I was staying with family and not in an apartment owned by someone I didn’t know. I would recommend staying here without a doubt, and an ahead planning my 2025 stay as I don’t want to miss out on availability at this property. Thank you Emilija and Nataša for such a pleasant stay!

Communication with the host was great, and finding the apartment then self-check in was easy. Big shower room and bedrooms. The apartment is full of amenities, which helps. A handy info pack for local sights and restaurants, etc. is provided. Only a short walk to the main centre of town and conveniently located to the bus station..

Unfortunately there is no washing machine, and on Saturday there was loud music until 4 am. I think there is a club nearby, but everything else is fine.

Exceptional everything! The staff is extremely helpful, involved and dedicated. The communication with Emilija was very natural, easy and helpful. She did everything in her power to make our stay delightful. The location of the apartment is really close to the city center, close to restaurants, bars,and pubs. Everything was great.

The apartment looks amazing. Everything is very elegant and comfy, just like in the photos. The host was very flexible and welcoming, easy to talk to. They came in to clean the apartment in the middle of the stay and were easy to reach about anything. The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from the city center and a nice little park.

Very nice apartment. Apartment is modern and extremely clean. Everything needed was there and it was top of the line quality. Apartment owner was very helpful, kind and available 24/7. We have arrived late and she waited for us, helped us around town and provided all needed assistance. In Niš we’re only staying here.
