The room is very outdated. The bedding material is worn out. Bathroom does not have a holder for the shower head. All the towel rod is broken. Unfortunately the bathroom feels like 1970s.

Probably because of construction. Parking is far for carrying suitcasds and there is no approch to the main enterance with a car. The hotel is on pedestrian road

The parking is on the back of the building and very small - we had to park on the street. And to get from the parking to the entrance you need to go around to the opposite side of the hotel. Our room was quite worn out - furniture, walls, etc.

The air conditioning system in our room was bad, it stopped functioning every night. The room was hot and we had to open windows to a very noisy area. Most staff at reception did not speak english.

I was expecting little more variety, when it came to food. Beds were fine but the pillows were not that great. I think in terms of room amenities, the only thing missing from the basic amenity list was the Kettle.

The location of the property is excellent. Everything is nearby and it is one of the best properties to live in Bajina Basta. Centrally located with ample food options in proximity. Located on a prominent street in Bajina Basta. Major shopping areas were nearby as well. Courteous and helpful staff.

What you can feel when you hear snoring from the neighborhood room? Probably you are in hostel but in fact this is a hotel with a notable name! Other disappointing things are the smell of paint in the elevator, bad water drainage and the low quality of the renovation in general (see picture of the closet, as a typical exampl). I expected much more from this brand

The breakfast was very very disappointing, to say the least. Looking at the images that the hotel shows on booking.com, the breakfast is a huge buffet with many many kinds of very tasty looking dishes. The breakfast - or rather the anticipation on the breakfast - was one of the reasons to opt for this hotel. The receptionist told me that breakfast would be available from 7.00 a.m. Upon entering the breakfast room at 7.50 a.m. the receptionist quickly switched the lights on. The breakfast room was very chilly - someone had fotgotten to put the heating on - but even worse: there was no buffet, no food or drinks at all, just empty tables. The receptionist told us that today there would be no buffet. An explanation, or a reason, or an apology was not given. Instead we could order breakfast from the menu with, say, 10 options, far from a shaddow of the anticipated huge buffet. To add insult to injury, I had to wait almost 45 minutes before this "breakfast" finally was served. This is intolerable and inexcusable - not that apologies were made, oh no. I think the management of Zepter hotels should have a very serious conversation with the person(s) responsable for the breakfast buffet. Meanwhile all other travelers who might consider this hotel are warned: the breakfast images on booking.com are a very far cry from what is on offer in reality.

In itself, the room was fine. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was soso, but this is a matter of taste and the kind of bed you are used to. For some reason hotelrooms in Serbia put the temperature to the max, it is as if walking into a sauna.

The pillows and blankets in the room are terrible. The breakfast was announced as a buffet, but in fact there was no buffet. I had to torture the waiter to see what I could get for breakfast. The answer from the office worker is, you didn’t ask, I didn’t bring it. Here's bread and scrambled eggs. There is smoking in the eating area.
