Our room was perfect and quiet. The position of the suites was unbelievable, right in the middle of the best restaurants plus any tours are easy to access. The staff were very friendly and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Nothing i can think of

Firstly, the location. It puts you at the heart of Belgrade. Despite being next to Republic Square,when sleeping, you dont hear any noise it was lovely. The room is very nicely sized, my luggage and belonging fitted well and it can easily fit 2 people in. The vanity and the lighting were also great, and the shower was well sized. The rooms were cleaned really well daily, and items like tea and water were replenished without ask. I have to say special thanks to the receptionists. From greeting to check out they were lovely. Not only did they help me out to get around, but they also provided information on things to do and see in Belgrade. Including Rakija suggestions. Overall, if I come back to Belgrade again, I will surely stay here.

Nothing really. It’s just the room isn’t soundproof so you can hear people chitchat from outside of your room, but if that doesnt really bother you then everything is perfect.

Everything about my stay was amazing. The location is in the central and close with everything. Just right in front of the building, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. The staffs are lovely and very helpful.

My room, the first one on the left from the reception, was with window to the dirty small court. I was constantly hearing the pigeons and I could not sleep. The lady at the reception was kind but not really trained for a high standard accomodation. The morning I was first to greet her and when I waited for her saying like " how was your stay with us? was everything alright?" etc. she was just staring in her computer then at me and said "what?". I recommend some receptionist and services skillls. Also the cleaning woman should say hello. When asking where I can have a breakfest, she was like estonished I asked that as we are in the center. But a tourist is not supposed to know how restaurants operate etc. That is why I asked. Communication is clear via messages however it is not clear where to park the car and the pricing. I thought the parking is under the hotel, since it is written parking facility. Public parking is closed by - would be good the hotel tells is how close and what is the price. Finally, the corridor and lift is disgusting dirty. A refurbishment of the lift would be nice. Indication it is the 4th floor outside the lift is missing. One does not know that the reception is on the 4th floor.

The location is great, right in the middle of Belgrade. The rooms are very very clean and beds are very comfortable. Nice lighting system. Good bathroom.

We had the pleasure of being upgraded to GRACE room and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with every request being promptly handled. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better – situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It truly made my stay hassle-free. Plus, our room had a balcony overlooking National Theatre and main city square. As for cleanliness, the hotel was spotless. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the common areas were pristine. Overall, this hotel provides an exceptional experience with outstanding staff, service, location, and cleanliness. Nothing to do with the hotel but the lift to get to the floor the rooms are located seems dangerous. Gives off cold war Russia vibes.

Clean, modern, cosy and the location was perfect. The reception staff were super friendly and always went out of their way to greet us when we came back to the room. The mini bar was surprisingly affordable, some items were cheaper than you would find in the supermarket. One suggestion, provide a little carton of milk for people that enjoy a tea 😁
