Very nice, really clean and cozy apartment. It has everything you need for comfortable stay. It feels like it was built with the thought of people living there: it has a lot of hangers in the bathroom, a place for shower things, shelves and a good hairdryer. We also liked the balcony, very clean and beautiful. We've really enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we arrived, Nemanja greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The apartment exceeded expectations with its meticulous attention to detail and extensive array of kitchen essentials and small accessories. First time visiting Nis, didn't really know what to expect. The apartment is on a great location, very nice neighborhood with everything on walking distance. The city center, as well as the Delta Planet is very close, a lot of cafes as well and the best restaurant in NIS - Nislijska Mehana is right next to the apartment. The host Nemanja welcomed us, helped us with our luggage and told us everything that we needed to know about the apartment as well as the surrounding. The most important thing for us was that we have where to park our car and the host provided us with a closed parking spot, which was just another plus! The apartment is very cozy, with a very new and beautiful bath, a small kitchenette with all of the appliances you need and there is also TV with hundreds of channels and free WI-FI.

Location close to the centre of Nis. Excellent landlord, very responsive and flexible. The apartment is quite comfortable and well equipped. The underground parking is 100 mt. Away from the apartment, but it is very spacious and shared with other vehicles. Good compromise quality/price.

The apartment was wonderful! Nemanja was a wonderful host who was in contact with us the whole time and greeted us when we arrived. He also helped us with booking a reservation for the nearby great restaurant! The apartment itself is not that big, but it has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was well equipped. There is an air conditioner which helped greatly with the outside heat. There is also an included parking space in a nearby underground parking garage, which can be a little tricky for low cars. Everything in the city and especially the centre is within walking distance.

It would be awesome if the owner could hook us up with some snacks like coffee and biscuits for the guests. Just a little something to munch on would be a nice touch!

The owner was seriously awesome, so chill and helpful. The room/flat was ridiculously clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Loads of kitchen stuff too, perfect for anyone planning to crash there for a while. The parking was in a separate spot, but it was totally private and safe, no stress. Plus, there were mad markets and cool cafes all around, super close to the city center. Definitely a solid shout, highly recommend!

The location is perfect, a 5-10 minute walk from the downtown of Niš. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and even everything one needs for a longer stay. It was clean, cozy, good communication with the owner. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in need of an accommodation for two in Niš.
