Only thing that could be improved is the too soft mattress

All good. But if you have big luggages, be ready to take up stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator.

The location is perfect. The high ceiling and spacious room. Big windows we can open for fresh air despite. Working air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Washing machine and drier. Basic cooking facility but everything you need is there.

Responsive, informative hostess. Apartment is in the perfect location with easy parking included! Air conditioning/heating excellent. Water temperature and pressure for shower also excellent. Wifi excellent. Washer and dryer worked great. Beautifully decorated.

There isn't anything that I didn't like :D it was 100% perfect

The stay was perfect, I would recommend this apartment to anybody staying in Niš! It was sparkling clean, the facilities are amazing; the owner even thought about putting paper towels in both bathroom and kitchen in convenient places, apart from of course providing regular towels and a kitchen towel :D The shower is huge and shower gel conveniently placed, there's washing and drying machine, which is perfect :D The bed is also very comfortable. The rooms are huge with high ceilings, and we could control the temperature of the room (winter stay) :) all in all its very obvious that somebody put a lot of thought into making it very pleasant for people to stay in :)

There are quite a lot of steps to get to the apartment which makes luggage a bit difficult but such is the case in all older, smaller apartment buildings in Serbia. For my taste, the bed was a bit soft but that is purely a matter of taste

As this was a return visit, I am obviously very pleased with the apartment. Since last time there have been improvements made to the kitchen which makes it even better Very big bedroom and light airy bathroom. Wonderful host

The atmosphere in the apartment is amazing, it's very cosy and stylish! In the very center of everything in the city! Sladjana just saved my weekend in Nis accepting my booking at the last moment and preparing the apartment in an hour! Extremely nice host! I would deffinetly rent this apartment again coming to Nis!

The bed mattress was quite soft but this is a matter of personal taste Large windows in the big bathroom provide a lot of natural light but not much privacy unless shutters are down Kitchen space and accessories are very limited. There is a decent-sized dining table but a work space would be helpful for guests wishing to work on their laptops during the stay.

Sensitive sleepers maybe won't like the slight road noise. It's an old building and the double glazing is not the best.

The kitchen is small, and although it contains everything it’s not meant for extensive cooking. (Which is not a problem, and can be seen on the photos, just something to pay attention to when booking)

Great appartment for a short stay - in the center and well equipped. It was super clean and decorated with taste, we enjoyed our time here. The host was caring and made sure we had all we needed, including tips.

Excellent location in the very centre if the city, just 2 minutes away from the Nis Fortress, Nisava boardwalk and Mayor office. Very quiet and comfortable though
