First of all location is great, you are just few steps to the restorants, bars, stores,...and just enough away that you cant hear loudnes when you decide to rest.

There were a few ants in the bathroom and on the floor in general. There weren't many the first day but as I left the small towel for the shower on the floor the next morning there were a lot of ants on it.

It was close to everything in the old town, especially, the fortress. They were very accommodating as I wanted to check in earlier or just to leave my luggage. They texted me saying that they can store the luggage with no issues. When I went there, I was able to check in even. The receptionist welcomed me into the foyer and explained that the previous guests had left earlier, so they were able to check me in earlier.

Despite the room has the air conditioning and the radiator, it was still a bit cold. There was no room slippers and no shower cream ( ordinary things in the bathroom). In the facility option it is written * you can come and go whenever you want *, but when I received the confirmation email, there was a time given when you can check in and check out.

I like the room, it is very spacious. The stuff is very nice and polite. The place is so close to Kalemegdan and Knez Mihajlova street. You do not need more than one minute to come there. The tram and local bus station are very near.

My room was really cold. I had to sleep with all my clothes on! It took two days for it to finally get warm, just as I was leaving! I had to ask for a glass since there were no cups. Very bare bones.

Excellent location, next to the park and the embassy, so very safe as well. In a quiet part of the city yet only metres away from the main walking boulevard. Spacious room with lots of light and good functioning bathroom

Room could be bigger but even in its current statei its worth the price.

The location was perfect. The place was literally in the middle of the city. We visited everywhere on foot, which really helped us to get to know the city. Room was clear enough and it surpassed our expectations. The lady at the reception desk was very, very polite, she was very helpful and the conversation was very pleasant. (I couldn't remember her name, I'm very sorry.)

The air conditioner was leaking on the bed. The explanation that the staff gave me for that was that the weather was very hot. I live in Greece, so I really know what hot weather means, and our air conditioning is not leaking inside our houses. Also, bedsheets and pillowcases were in a very bad condition, full of holes.

Everything else. Cleaner didn't clean. Turned up by walking in the room before 9am. Not sure what she planned to do as it was the dirtiest room we've seen in the Balkans. Bathroom flooded and had hairs all over the floor. Hadn't been cleaned. Stained shower curtain. Sheets were marked and stained. Towels were full of holes. Staff member didn't care when we complained. Just said that's how they come.... Luggage storage was in the main lobby when angry cleaner was asked where we stored them. That floor was also covered in hairs. Mould too.

Everything was perfectly fine, the employees who are so kind and helpful and the room was very warm and conformable. Since I have been here before, I was completely aware of closiness to the Kalemegdan and Knez Mihajlova street. The location could not be better.

Location is unbeatable. Very central. In walking distance to all attractions. The staff is amazing, always positive, eager to help. The building is an historical one. The rooms are nice, you get all you need. Rooms and hotel was clean.

The window was facing the corridor and the light was on at night. Perhaps a curtain can be placed there to avoid this.

Friendly ladies at the desk. Quiet and comfy room for a decent price, the place itself is pretty quiet.

There was no HOT water. It was room temperature. The price/quality was kind of subpar as simmilar priced stays in the close vicinity. The name is Booking Belgrade but you need to deduce it by following directions. If there was a second accommodation nearby you need to deduce where you are going.

The location is great but maps does not navigate you properly. The room was clean.

Truth about parking, they told us there is parking in the vicinity at the mall but its taxed 200 RSD/hour and no overnight parking (< 02:00 AM ). The carpet was extra filthy, they should actually throw it out. We spoke the night before to let us stay an extra hour and we got confirmation from the front desk, but the next morning we were woken up by another staff member, which was a civilised person, gave us 15 mins, but still, we were rushed to leave the room.

When you don’t pay much, you can’t expect much. Some of the very basics were not okay though. The room was at the street side but the curtain was broken. Clearly broken, not something that staff could have accidentally overlooked. I managed to fix it provisionally, only to find out that the fabric wasn’t wide enough to cover the full window anyways. The bathroom was not cleaned before my arrival. There were used towels in there and the trash bin wasn’t emptied. The toilet wasn’t clean. Generally speaking the bathroom was a bit dirty, but not so dirty that you’d be afraid to touch stuff.

Very central if you need to be in the old town.
