The location of the apartments is excellent, very easy to locate and later reach all important locations in town. The parking option was very convenient. The breakfast was great, all options available, salty and sweet, for everyone's taste. The room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

1. It’s not OK in 4* hotel (Public House hotel is next building and they own Belgreat) to take money for the normal coffee from coffee machine and to offer people a Schwartz coffee from american style pot which is cheap and not respectful way for such a cozy and elegant hotel 2. It’s not OK to forget to put still mineral water in the room and to offer just tiny bottles of water in minibar. It’s first 4* star hotel I see without compliment water in the room. For the second time (after I mentioned it) they put bottle of water in the room, maybe they don’t put it just in this apart hotel building, but in the main hotel’s building they think they can invest in water? And if You are poorer in the second building (Belgreat Suites) and not in the main’s hotel building, U don’t deserve any water, go and buy it or ask them for Your car’s key to take some from Your car, if You have) 5. No terraces. Nor in the suites building nor in the hotel’s main building 6. There is non-stop bass bumping from the music of cheap irish pub in the same building) 7. The Staff is friendly, but they follow instructions which surely ask them to be misterious. When they informed me by the message in Booking there will be traffic jam in Belgrade and they don’t write You their hotel will be unreachable because it’s close to the park where President’s residence and the Parliament are blocked by the police, because there Vucic’s contra protesters are performing with their paid by Oligarchs buses. Why should I call and ask when I can reach by the car to the hotel and the hotel doesn’t say directly: please, between … And 22:00 be aware You won’t be able to park or even to reach our street) We shouldn’t check the news and talk to policemen like I did. It’s Your work to inform us clearly)

1. Top place next to the former Yugoslav Kings’ Palace, nowadays president’s residence 2. The staff is very friendly, thank You to them for their hospitality) 3. The receptionist gave Us a smartphone to use the hotspot during our walk in the town first night 4. The parking / garage is small, but the piccolos are taking care of Your car, they park and they get it ready for You to ride. Thanks them) 5. The breakfast is modest like choice, but it’s very tasty and fresh.

Everything was really really good, just a suggestion - maybe a bigger selection of breakfast and a better coffee bar. But again, it was more that good and enough for 4 days.

The apartment was very close to everything, and had great access to all of the bus stations because we used the buses a lot and that was very convenient, as the buses were free. Also, there is a supermarket just next to it, like 2 minutes walk, which was super for everything we needed to buy, like water snaks and etc. Now for the room, it was very spacious and clean, and we asked for a balcony and they were kind enough to provide us with a room with a balcony. For a 4 night stay it was perfect. The breakfast was good every morning, and all of the staff were very polite and helpful.

Lack of toilettries. There were some cooton pads and shower caps, but no shampoo/shower gel. It was a bit noisy since it's a busy street outside. But it was tolerable.

The hotel staff are amazing!! Reception where so welcoming from the first moment we arrived till the very last minute 🙏 Alexandra was so warm hearted and helpful, every request was fulfilled with a great smile , amazing and beautiful inside out :) Breakfast was very nice and had a nice verity, the staff where kind . The room is spacious, yet the floor needs some more attention in terms of vacuum cleaner, however and overall it's definitely a place to return to ! Thanks for everything! We spend a week and it wasn't enough. In one word WOW !!!
