Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Nothing to mention here, all was good.
Very nice and clean, simple apartment that had everything we needed for our stay! Nice to have the AC when (very) warm outside, very practical with the supermarket very close, and incredibly kind and available host who helped us with great information before coming and during the stay. Close to buses and trams, and nice walks in the Novi Beograd area. Perfect for us, as we wanted to stay close both to Belgrade Arena and visit the city-center.

Spacious, clean, well maintained place. Easy check-in and check-out with key box. Good communication. Supermarket in front of the building. Plenty of parking, about €8 per day.

Great helpful host and their apartment is very comfy, spacious and full of natural light. The bed was super comfortable! Great location. It’s convenient if you need to go to some of the business centres. The transport connection is also good - the train station is just across the street and if you come by bus, there’re several trams just outside the bus station that take you directly to the neighbourhood. Big supermarket is right by the building and if you arrive late and need some water, coffee, food etc there’s one Maxi that’s open 24/7 within 20 mins walk. I’d personally appreciate if there was a self-checkin option as I feel quite stressed about making the host wait for me, when the phone battery is almost flat after all-day trip and the internet connection not being great while in roaming.

It was little hard to get by the streets and to find the apartment. Google maps doesn’t help much, so I recommend you ask the landlord to share live location when close by.
Lovely apartment in a quiet area. Highly recommended for couples, families and friends for a Belgrade getaway. Shops, bars and other services are in its surrounding.

Very close to the places I wanted to see. Clean and comfort apartment. Very kind host. My children loved it, especially window above the bed. I recommend this apartment for family with one child or a couple.

Our one-night stay at this apartment was fantastic! The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds were just what we needed for a relaxing evening. The host was extremely accommodating and made our short stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained place!

Spacious and clean(!) apartment, with great evening views of the city. Easily accessible. Near the train station, for those coming by train. Equipped with everything you may need during a few day stay. Big supermarket just across the building entrance. Good communication with the host.

The elevator unfortunately didn't work the day we arrived, so it was a bit tiring climbing up with the luggage to the 6th floor.
It is very nice location to spend a night between your travels, the central bus stops is a walking distance and the bus #600 takes you right to the airport (it is now free of charge and the buses go every 20 minutes, the bus stops is just minutes away from the apartment). There is a big grocery store right in front of the building entrance and a nice restaurant Etno Restaurant Nusic that serves very nice home made meals.

Smoking is obviously allowed in the apartment which gives it distinct (bad) smell. Smiling not being allowed in the bedroom is of very little help. Also lighting in the bathroom was bad, making routines as shaving very uncomfortable.
A lot of space, good location.
